The natural meadow can be used for games (the grass is only mowed about 3 times a year). The house offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 4 parking spaces right by the house. Hiking trails right outside the front door, adventure pool in the village, spa park, Falkenhof and Märchengrund within walking distance, Ravensberg accessible by car (5 minutes)

THE HOUSE AT THE END OF THE WORLD. No, not quite, but nicely away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our holiday property (house with 2 apartments with separate entrances) is located on the outskirts of Benneckenstein, directly on the Rappbode. 4500 sqm of land also invite you to campfire, camping and in winter to toboggan on your own toboggan slope. The house is only a vacation property. So it has no permanent tenants. Since dogs are allowed in both apartments, we ask you to be considerate of each other.

So you can reach the city center in just a few minutes on foot with numerous restaurants, shopping & doctor's offices.

Der Weg zum Zentrum des Ortes dauert a. 5 Minuten zu Fuß und auch das Erlebnisbad Salztalparadies sowie ein großer Indoor Spielplatz und der schöne Schmelzteich sowie der Stadtwald sind in wenigen Fußminuten erreichbar.

Chalet with fenced garden 200 m2

The Chaletje is a furnished bungalow with garden doors to the fenced 200 m2 garden. We planted conifers around this March 2025 for extra privacy, Here you can confidently let your dog run around. There are 2 induction hobs, combi microwave oven, Android TV, pans, cooking utensils and,filter coffee maker, kettle, bed linen, towels, provided. There will be a new bed in June 2025. The recently installed pallet stove makes it comfortably warm even in winter.
