Hiking trails right outside the front door, adventure pool in the village, spa park, Falkenhof and Märchengrund within walking distance, Ravensberg accessible by car (5 minutes)

THE HOUSE AT THE END OF THE WORLD. No, not quite, but nicely away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our holiday property (house with 2 apartments with separate entrances) is located on the outskirts of Benneckenstein, directly on the Rappbode. 4500 sqm of land also invite you to campfire, camping and in winter to toboggan on your own toboggan slope. The house is only a vacation property. So it has no permanent tenants. Since dogs are allowed in both apartments, we ask you to be considerate of each other.

Blankenburg (Harz) is located between Quedlinburg and Wernigerode and thus offers countless opportunities to start excursions or hikes together.

Car parking on the premises, charging facilities for electric vehicles and bicycle garage are available. Ideal starting point for Harz explorers; as hikers, skiers, bikers, motorists or leisurely with the Harz Narrow Gauge Railways. Distance to train station, supermarket, restaurant about 500 m. Der Weg zum Zentrum des Ortes dauert a. 5 Minuten zu Fuß und auch das Erlebnisbad Salztalparadies sowie ein großer Indoor Spielplatz und der schöne Schmelzteich sowie der Stadtwald sind in wenigen Fußminuten erreichbar.

Welcome to the Krafthaus, a historic forester's house from 1902 on the edge of the forest in the Upper Harz region. The sculptor Reinhold Kraft lived and worked here for many years. Sculptures and works of art in the apartment still remind us of his work today and give the house its special character. The large garden and the quiet location by the forest invite you to spend relaxing days with friends or family.
