The basement apartment is right next to us in the single-family house and has its own entrance, which can be reached from the garden. The apartment is bright and very charming due to the oiled wooden floor. If you are as excited as we are about a view of the garden and the clucking of 3 chickens, then you have come to the right place. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.
