Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 square meters, we offer accommodation with cozy warmth thanks to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly September) our in-ground pool (heated by solar - water temperature is therefore dependent on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Apartment to feel good in the heart of the old town

Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a completely renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Cozy and furnished to feel good. Restaurants and cafes are right outside the front door. The Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

The apartment is on the outskirts of Gemmingen-Stebbach. It is equipped with everything you need and more. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, sleeping places could be extended on the sofa bed or crib. In the garden there is a playground with sandbox, slide, pirate deck, trampoline and climbing wall for free use. Families are very welcome! Hot tub use is possible for an additional energy charge of €10 per day and must be announced in advance to heat it up. 11 kW wallbox

Suitable for 6 guests but 8 to 9 are possible. 5 mins walk to train station to Heidelberg Altstadt (20 mins). Two Technik museums (30 mins), Heidelberg Clinics (25mins), Hockenheim Ring (30 mins), TSG Hoffenheim (15 mins). Close to supermarkets, bakery, restaurants, toy shop, cycle paths and woods. Secure bike storage. We follow the cleaning guidelines of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). You may use the keybox or I can greet you personally with a mask and distance.

Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna und kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk from the beautiful old town. You find in few minutes to foot numerous ✔Cafés ✔Restaurants & ✔Shops. The famous blue tower can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot and the river (Neckar) can also be reached on foot within a few minutes.

Löwenstein is located in a beautiful wine region near Lake Breitenau. On foot, you can walk in approx. 10 minutes up the mountain to the village. Here you have the Landgasthof Hohly, a general store which is open 7 days a week, a cafe with bakery, the post office and two bank branches. The next major cities are Weinsberg and Heilbronn. There is a key safe, so you can arrive at any time.

The 1-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom is located in a listed building, part of an entire listed courtyard. The apartment is completely renovated. Since it is a large bed, a child could easily sleep in the middle; however, there are two mattresses. The town of Edingen is located directly on the Neckar and is centrally located to Heidelberg and Mannheim.
