I felt very comfortable in Hildegard's apartment. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. Everything was very clean and there was nothing missing. Hildegard is very helpful and always responded quickly. I'd love to come back :)

I have stayed in this place multiple times (my daughter lives in Paderborn and I travel there several times a year) and as always, I was very happy. Place is spacious, clean und located very centrally so that you get easily to the city centre walking (of course, you can also take the bus). Many restaurants and bars around. I will definitely stay there again if the place is available.

Absolute recommendation! I spent 14 days in this fantastic apartment, where you feel at home from the 1st minute of your stay. Everything is spotlessly clean, the rooms wonderfully large and well cut, everything very lovingly designed and decorated. The kitchen (which, incidentally, has no oven) is equipped with everything your heart desires. The beds are 1A with asterisks* - I've never slept so well anywhere. A highlight was also the wonderful balcony with great furniture, where you can really chill out and spend a few hours in the sun. Parking space right outside the front door, elevator in the building, garbage storage also right at the parking space - and next door a few sweet sheep and goats, so you can also enjoy the view at the front of the house (absolutely quiet location). A Netto, pizzeria and savings bank as well as a small post office and a bakery are in the vicinity. Dear David, dear Jana - thank you for everything, I felt completely comfortable with you!

I'm very grateful to Diana for her help, care and compassion. My cat was sick after travelling when we arrived on January 1 from Belgium. Diana brought us from the train station to vet clinic and was waiting there with me for several hours. Diana always helped with all my numerous questions and requests, although she was very busy before her holidays. She actively suggested her help and gave good advice. I felt calm and comfortable in the apartment. The furniture is not new but everything is very clean. The kitchen in well equipped. Everything function perfectly. There washing and drying machines in a separate washing kitchen which is free and available 24/7. The apartment can be cleaned every week, and bed sheets and towels are changed. But if it is not convenient for whatever reason you can cancel cleaning. The location is convenient. It's in 5 minutes walk from the train station. There are some supermarkets and a good pharmacy in about 15 minutes walk. The area is green and calm

We felt at home from the first moment. Gabriele is a very warm, flexible and helpful host. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and has a special charm. Due to the large window front, the apartment is very bright, but very cozy in combination with the furniture. The apartment was fully equipped and we didn't miss anything. We would book the apartment again at any time and recommend it to anyone looking for an Airbnb nearby.

Very lovingly and tastefully furnished cottage that was sparkling clean. We didn't miss anything. Everyone, big or small, was taken care of. The fireplace and especially the sauna and massage chair made the stay perfect. The location of the cottage is ideal to take beautiful hikes and/and to relax in peace (wonderful this silence!). Andrea is a warm host, was always available and very helpful. We will be happy to come back.

Staying in this beautiful half-timbered house is always a pleasure. The house looks fantastic and is wonderfully spacious. The surroundings are beautiful. Here you can stay in peace. From sunset onwards, we were able to watch deer on the other side of the Emmer every day. Absolutely recommended!

We spent an extended weekend in this great house with 8 people and were completely thrilled, especially by the diverse and large lounges and the park-like outdoor area. The amenities are more than extensive and we didn't miss anything. The house with its ambiance and tasteful decor is truly one of a kind. Anne gave a tour of the house, as well as tips on shopping and dining options in the area. She was also always available for questions. We definitely want to come back.

The house is located in the middle of the old town of Warburg and is one of the pretty half-timbered houses that are there. The apartments were stylishly furnished. The beds are very comfortable! Really hotel standard! Thanks to David's description, it was easy to find the house. The communication with David was very straightforward and very friendly overall! Warburg offers many excursion and exploration opportunities. The restaurants and cafes were also very nice! A visit to Warburg with living in David's apartments is highly recommended! We had a very nice large family weekend there.

A quiet place to stay. Three individual apartments with flexible check-in. All very individually designed and cozy. Well equipped kitchen. Great for larger groups with common area but also privacy in the individual apartments. Quiet location on the field. Easy check-in and easy contact with Bernd. There was even a mid-week cleaning. Hello We quickly found the house and quickly felt comfortable. Everything was clean and really nicely decorated. There was nothing missing. Communication with Nicole was always quick and straightforward. I grew up in the Sauerland and like the area. You can do so many things. A very nice and friendly interaction except for the parking facilities that were very difficult, everything was great. We'd love to come back anytime.

A beautiful, spacious apartment! However, only partially suitable for 8 people. There is only one toilet that is integrated into the bathroom and accessible by steps. A little dangerous and not accessible for the elderly at night. For 6 people who know each other well, but no problem at all. The apartment is super clean, very chic and stylishly furnished. The kitchen could be a little better equipped but fully suited for small cooking actions. Very large fridge compartment. Huge TV and large couch for everyone. The conservatory is also very nice, where you can sit outside nicely.

Super apartment, very clean and well maintained with small touches. We felt right at home. The rooms were spacious, so we also had enough space for two children's travel cribs. We did not find the fact that there is no living room, as criticized in other reviews, to be negative at all, as you can also sit very comfortably in the dining area. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance.

Apartment furnished with a lot of love for detail. There is nothing missing, on the contrary, even coffee and tea or some things you need in the bathroom. In the apartment, you immediately forget that you are in a backyard area. In the living room, you can comfortably watch TV or chill. We found the beds excellent. For a strong physique, the shower could be a little bigger, but you get by and everything works. In any case, we felt very comfortable and can absolutely recommend the apartment. Such a clean and well-equipped apartment can rarely be found. The only downside is perhaps the lack of parking, right in front of the apartment, but we were able to find a parking space just under 100 m away to bring the luggage from there on a comfortable footpath to the apartment. It went really well and the specified parking garage is great and can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot and is cheap.

Nice, clean, small apartment, well connected. Hossam communicates very friendly and responsive. Very well equiped kitchen. Comfortable bed! If you are sensitive to the street: pack earplugs. The smart home is very convenient, as you do not have to hand over keys :-)

Very nice place to stay. We felt right at home! Great amenities, sparkling clean, beautiful balcony overlooking the countryside, beautiful bathroom and above all nice and quiet location. Bike trails and the Teutoburg Forest are nearby. Very friendly and helpful landlords! We found the apartment right away and were warmly welcomed. We'll be back!
