Small outdoor seating in front of the house. Beautiful view of the Lautenfelsen. Ideal for bikers and hikers.  The property is best reached by car, restaurants & supermarkets are 5-10 minutes away in Gernsbach. There is a call taxi to the Lautenbach district.

We extensively renovated our apartment (and the entire building) in 2017. It is located on the first floor and has a size of about 55 square meters. The terrace is south facing, sunny almost all day and has direct lake views. We have furnished the living room and bathroom in a modern style. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics (built-in kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, etc.).
