Beautiful cozy house with sauna and garden and ideally located to explore the area. We felt super comfortable, the check-in with the key box was very practical and easy and the communication with Diana very friendly and uncomplicated. We would book the Sweden house again immediately!

We were with a group of 13 and enjoyed the accommodation immensely. In the house there was enough to keep us busy, I am thinking of the great sauna and swimming pond but also the extensive range of board games, toys, chess board and poker set. It is a very charming house that is modern where it should be. The area was beautiful and even more beautiful than in the picture. You can take a very nice walk directly from the garden and you are really in nature. This is definitely recommended!

We stayed with 2 families for an extended weekend in Kathi's house. The house and the spacious garden invite you to relax. Everything was clean and well maintained and Kathi was quick to respond to all questions and was very helpful.

Nice accommodation, for a weekend. With the airfield next door, definitely a cool experience. The view from the houses could have been a little nicer for the area. You have to get your water for the accommodation in a canister, but that's not so bad. The sanitary facilities were ok, but can be improved. Very nice staff.

Everything was great and awesome. The sauna and pool worked great. Everything you needed was there and the hosts were extremely friendly. We'd love to come back

We had very pleasant days. The house was perfectly furnished, we lacked nothing. Balcony and living room offer a beautiful south view of the meadows and fields in front of the house. The quiet location in the small town invites you to small and large hikes. If you get into the car, you can reach the famous sights of the Rhön in 10 to 30 minutes, such as the Milsburg, the Wasserkuppe, the Schwarze Moor, Bishofsheim and the Gangolfsberg. The stay was really nice. The property is immersed in nature and has a lot to offer. Our highlights were the heated outdoor hot tub and the lower fireplace. When the weather is nice, you can hike wonderfully in the immediate vicinity, in bad weather the accommodation offers plenty of distraction. Highlighted is the protection of the property and the accommodation. I haven't felt so safe in any place so far. In addition, Manuela was very quick to respond to my messages and always a solution ready. Thanks for that!

A dream of a house! Everything went great! After all the years we traveled with AirBnb, this was truly the best equipped and prettiest house we've ever stayed in. All previous reviews didn't exaggerate! You can really use everything and feel at home from the first minute. The check-in was extremely uncomplicated, as was the checkout. Don't forget to visit the landlord's shop - it's just super chic!!!! The only drawback is that there is actually no bakery or supermarket or the like within walking distance in Mittelaschenbach itself. Bicycle or car are mandatory for errands... but the house can't do anything about it. All in all, we had a fantastic stay despite the construction site on the neighboring grounds (the landlords can't do anything for that) and quite clairaudient walls! Thank you again for the relaxed adjustments regarding people, 😊 we will be happy to come back!

It is a unique opportunity to live in a 500-year-old perfectly renovated old rectory for a while, which we enjoyed very much.

Excellent, clean and spacious apartment. Loved the area around with the Storks nest and other birds of prey flying around.

We had a wonderful time despite miserable weather. The house is great for being in nature even in bad weather. The newly built sauna was a big plus and the beautiful bright kitchen a great place for many conversations and extensive cooking. We will be happy to come back!

There were two of us with our dog for a week in Beatrix's accommodation and we felt super comfortable. At check-in, the family was on site and showed us everything. We were received in a very friendly and warm manner. In the accommodation we lacked nothing, everything was very clean, nicely decorated and the location is beautiful. The only criticism: We would have liked to have been prepared for the fact that 4 goats are right on the property. This took a little nerve the first two days, because our dog is very motivated to hunt and we had to show her first that the goats are not eaten. 😅 But with a lot of management, we were able to let them run freely on the beautiful property. We will definitely return! (:

We were 2 couples with 3 toddlers. The property is well suited for this. There is another large room in addition to the one booked, which we would recommend. Then you have a large dining room in addition. Only the stairs are dangerously steep, especially for the small children, but also for adults. With a large garden and the possibility of grilling. Otherwise everything was great, we felt very comfortable. :-)

A beautiful, special accommodation with attention to detail. Modern and clean. The location was superb on the castle courtyard and the accommodation absolutely recommended. We are totally thrilled!!

We had a great time in this beautiful and lovingly furnished half-timbered house. You feel right at home. The location in the middle of the old town is great, and with a suspension bridge, forest ball track and playgrounds, great activities with children are possible. Annouck and Benji were very nice and very accessible. We will be happy to come back.

Very nice place to stay, the train station is a 5-minute walk away. Right next door is a beverage market, which is open until 8 pm. From the property it is possible to make an art hike. The Ratskeller, a great restaurant, is within walking distance. The perfect place to stay for a nice family weekend!

Great apartment, friendly proactive approach with useful hints and tips, fully equipped and stylishly furnished apartment, great comfortable king-size bed, no carpet (suitable for allergy sufferers). Sandar and Hans are very nice - we had no problems at arrival and departure, everything went smoothly. The house is in a well-maintained condition and very clean. The kitchen was great! The communication was top notch. The house has a quiet and private location - beautiful view of the village. The surroundings are very nice and great for short hiking tours. The garden invites you to relax and barbecue. Shopping and restaurants in Großbreitenbach are about 8 minutes away by car. All in all, it was a very pleasant and quiet stay. We will be back!

We were able to enjoy a few days with our dog in the great apartment, no, the whole house, that Christiane offered. What a hugely nice, authentic and cozy house! Inside original ceiling height in some rooms, which makes the building very original, all rooms well arranged and cozy. Everywhere (including in the bedrooms) a cozy wood stove, which we fired once in the kitchen and in the living room because of the moderate outside temperature - immediately nice and warm, also because the rooms are not too large; wonderful! Fine beds, good bathroom(s!), beautiful bedrooms and almost everywhere a beautiful view over the slopes towards Fulda. The (very quiet) village offered very nice hiking opportunities, for a message, beer or restaurant you have to be a little further - but if you like peace (and we do) you are fine in this nice house. Finally: a great fun garden, with fence, so that the dog stays within reach. We thank Christiane and Markus!

Staying at Sonja's was really perfect. The house is spacious and very comfortable. We found everything we needed. There was even water and milk provided for us. Coffee was still sufficiently available. The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you need. In the dining area at the large dining table, we started the day with a good breakfast and ended the evening with a convivial get-together. The bathroom also left nothing to be desired. There are plenty of sleeping places in the house, also ideal for a family with children. Internet and TV worked great. Board games are available for exciting game nights. The terrace is very comfortable and quiet. The sauna is right next door, even though we didn't use it, it looked very inviting. In the area there is an Italian restaurant which is highly recommended.
