Amazing place! Great views. Great for kids!

We liked it very much and can only recommend the accommodation. You have to know that the accommodation is in a rustic style, but that did not bother us. S-Bahn is a 3-minute walk away. Potential starting point for hiking tours, and for recreation by the lake.

Mittenwald felt like we were in a fairytale. The town was beyond magical with its alpine beauty, cobbled streets and picture perfect buildings. Sasa's house was perfectly cosy and welcoming and had us feeling like we were locals as we sat around the wooden kitchen table drinking hot chocolates while it snowed outside. The bathrooms were clean and spacious and the beds comfortable, with plenty of room to move for our family with four small children. Thank you Sasa for being a lovely host and helping to make our first (but not last) trip to Mittenwald so memorable.

It was all excellent! Super nice area, extremely quiet and great hiking trails directly from the house. We met the landlord briefly, super nice people. Otherwise, you have complete peace, self check-in/check-out also great. Highly recommended.

We had a great time with five friends. We were able to have a great time staying at the place and surroundings. We were completely to ourselves and could easily reach beautiful excursion destinations. The stay was absolutely uncomplicated. Katja and family were extremely friendly. Highly recommended if you like a simple rustic but spacious and original cottage. We would come back anytime!

Cozy, beautifully furnished apartment in a perfect location right on Lake Walchen. The kitchen even has a real stove (with four burners and an oven) and is otherwise excellently equipped. From the living room and balcony you have a beautiful view of the lake. Communication went smoothly and very friendly. We enjoyed the stay!

The apartment has everything you need, even the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony is great and you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The car can be parked well at the property (also VW buses in a separate parking lot). We particularly liked the surroundings for hiking and cycling.

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) vacationed together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

Everything is great. Location and connection to the hotel great. The only drawback of the room is by no means darkened at night.

We had a lovely short stay in this nice and cosy apartment. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a restful night. Our two dogs especially enjoyed the beautiful natural surroundings during our evening and morning walks. It was a great stopover on our way to Slovenia, and we would definitely recommend it to fellow travelers with pets.

We had a wonderful stay at the accommodation in Kraftisried! The location was quiet and perfect for relaxing. We would like to highlight the great indoor pool – a real highlight that we used every day. Our hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and always available if we had any questions. The accommodation was easy to reach. You could get in flexibly and easily. Very cozy and clean, we lacked nothing in the amenities. The swimming pond is surprisingly chosen and could be used throughout. The sauna offers plenty of seating and lounging areas with a beautiful viewing window and breathtaking views directly into the forest The surroundings were quiet and full of nature, made for hiking experiences. Martin was always easy to reach. We can only recommend the accommodation and would be happy to come back. Thank you so much for this great experience.

Super nice apartment on the golf course with lots of indoor accommodation and separate bedrooms. When the weather is nice, you can eat together outside, privately, at a long table or end the day by the fire. We'll be back for sure.

This place was amazing! Quaint and cozy- the sauna was amazing! We love the town of Mittenwald and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of small hikes you could start right from the property - many bigger ones only a short drive away. Thank you for sharing your town with us!

We had a very nice (and of course too short) time in Peißenberg; The Pfaffenwinkel is a real treat for nature and hiking enthusiasts. Kathy and Matte's place is ideally suited to get started right away. Particularly noteworthy (in addition to the impeccable cleanliness) is the loving and attentive furnishing with everyday things. We stayed here for 3 nights and had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was super clean, it has everything that you need for a short stay, the location was perfect. Simon was very helpful with all our queries, Checkin - Checkout was very easy as well. I would definitely love to stay here again
