Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett - Breite 1,55m - und ein weiteres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten - Breite 90cm), einem kombinierten Küchen-, Ess- und Wohnzimmerbereich, Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Terrasse. In beiden Zimmern befinden sich ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch mit Sessel.

Welcome to beautiful Upper Bavaria! Our newly built, modernly furnished solid wood house is in a quiet, sunny location in Bad Kohlgrub. The Hörnle cable car can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The large terrace and a private garden invite you to linger. In the village itself there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck, Munich and Augsburg can be reached in about an hour. Chalet Fend - exclusive vacation home (detached)

Our newly built (2019) vacation home is located in the district of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. In addition to the two large bedrooms (approx. 18 square meters) each with large double beds, there is another bedroom with two single beds. The house has two bathrooms, one of which (about 10 square meters) has a corner bathtub and a very large, walk-in shower (1.2 m x 1.2 m).

Cozy apartment s'Radlerbett in the Allgäu

The cozy 1-room apartment is about 25 square meters, has a living room-bedroom and a bathroom with shower/toilet. It was newly renovated in 2022. There is no separate kitchen, so no cooking facilities, but there is a refrigerator, coffee machine, dishes and kettle. The apartment exudes a "feel-good character" with beautiful furniture and harmonious light.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
