Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! There is more information available on the Königscard website which you can easily find with a search engine. This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

The apartment Rose is located in a traffic calmed area in the center of Oberammergau between City hall and the Museum. Many shops including grocery stores, tourism information, train station and the Passionplay theatre can be reached comfortably by foot. The apartment is about 650 sqft in size with a living room with kitchen, 1 bed room, bathroom with shower, private outside sitting area, 1 parking space. The garden with a grill, a washing machine and drier are shared with other house guests.

Außerdem liegt ein natürlicher Badeweiher mit kleiner Kneippeinrichtung circa 1km entfernt und ermöglicht spontanes Erfrischen zu jeder Tageszeit

Im großen Garten wartet ein großer Esstisch unter den Bäumen, eine Hängematte und eine Feuerstelle auf den gemütlichen Tagesausklang.

Meine Unterkunft ist ca 33 qm groß plus Balkon, sie befindet sich in der Nähe vom Ortszentrum und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Ihr werdet meine Unterkunft lieben: Bayerische Gemütlichkeit, ein komfortables Bett (140 x 200), eine gut ausgestattete Küche, der Kamin, ein großzügig überdachter Balkon, die Ruhe, natürlich die Berge und Seen... Mein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement ist ganzjährig ein romantischer Rückzugsort für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende.

Wir, eine 4-köpfige Familie aus Garmisch würden sie sehr gerne in unserem Ferienhaus als unsere Gäste herzlich Willkommen heißen. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Wohn/Essbereich mit Schlafsofa und Flat-TV, einem gemütlichen Schlafzimmer mit großem Kleiderschrank, komplett eingerichtete Küche, Flur mit Garderobe und einem tollen Bad in dem sie beim Duschen den Blick auf freien Himmel und die Berge haben. Vom Balkon kann man bei einem Gläschen Wein das Alpenpanorama genießen.
