The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." All in all i am very satisfied with my stay the host is friendly the house was excellent apart from some minor things that require maintenance. Kilian accommodated for our newborn with a baby bed and he communicated well. Some points of interest that need attention for the host: 1. The button to turn on (leftmost) the dishwasher at times simply refused to respond. 2. The bolts of the staircase could do with some tightening. 3. The light on the outside porch was malfunctioning. 4. Something surged the power on group 14 i think the oven. If these were resolved this place would be amazing. Super clean, nice location, convenient house interesting layout. An inspiration to how i want my house to be. Despite the minor shortcomings i would totally recommend this venue. But for the price i paid i did not expect the minor inconveniences.

Very nice house with sauna in the basement. We immediately felt at home, the house is so cozy! The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms have many nice details, decorations and the view from the living room is wonderful! The sauna area is also well thought out, very relaxing, and the sauna is hot! The hosts are very friendly and helpful if you need anything. We stayed 3 nights and would like to stay longer, the house is just great!

Top spot, tram around the corner that takes you to the city center. €10 for a day pass for groups of up to 4 people. Shops such as Aldi and Lidl can be reached on foot. Lovely quiet neighborhood and parking in front of the door. Beautiful large balcony (second floor) where you can have a great breakfast. We'd love to come back!

Great very clean place. We were there with our 10-month-old baby and it was great: very large bed (2m x 2m) in which we had plenty of room for 3. In addition, we had a high chair with us that fit wonderfully at the table and generally there was also plenty of space for our crawling blanket in the living room or in the hallway. The stairs to the basement apartment were also easily accessible and we were allowed to park our stroller on the covered terrace. Also highly recommended with a baby. That's why we booked the apartment again :)
