Unser familienfreundliches Ferienhaus, auf unserem kleinen Bauernhof, liegt in sehr sonniger und ruhiger Lage in Ortsnähe, im Wandergebiet Krispl/Gaißau (Tennengau).Die Keltenstadt Hallein erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in ca. 20 min., die Mozartstadt Salzburg in ca. 30 min. und das nächste Skigebiet in 40 min. Diverse Sommer- und Winterwanderwege/Badeseen laden ein, die schöne Umgebung in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Auch 2026 erhalten meine Gäste die Tennengau Card und Mobilitäts Ticket per EMail.

Right outside the door, hiking trails begin to Schafberg, Schwarzensee or through the impressive Burggrabenklamm (currently unfortunately closed). Our apartment is an idyllic, peaceful location on a south-facing slope and offers a 40m² terrace with a unique 180°-view of the entire Tennengebirge mountains and the Lammertal valley. The loft-like living space is flooded with sunlight and brings the unique mountain panorama to the fore. The apartment, which was only built in 2020, is comfortably warm in winter (underfloor heating) and pleasantly cool in summer. A desk for workation stays and a fully automatic coffee machine are available.
