Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 square meters, we offer accommodation with cozy warmth thanks to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.) our recessed pool (heated by solar - water temperature is therefore dependent on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Ruhig Lage jedoch mit guter Verkehranbindung in alle Richtungen. In ca. 7 Gehminuten zur Stadbahnhaltestelle. In ca. 5 Fahrminuten zu den Autobahnauffahrten in alle Richtungen. Heilbronn und Neckarsulm sind in wenigen Minuten über Landstraße zu erreichen. Einkaufen vor Ort(teilweise mit kurzem Fußweg): Edeka, Kaufland, Lidl, Aldi, div. Bäckereien. Erholung: Naturdenkmal Waldheide, das Stadtseebachtal, Burgruine Weibertreu laden zum Spaziergang ein. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Apartment entfernt!

Welcome to our cozy top-floor apartment. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee machine, kettle. In the living room there is a cozy sofa for resting and watching TV. The apartment is super central. The bus stop is only 2 minutes away. Shopping (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, supermarkets, Burger King, McDonald's) within walking distance in a few minutes. Nevertheless, super quiet and from the small terrace you have great views of the vineyards.

There is direct access to the Jagst, ideal for swimming, boating and stand-up paddling. The cozy apartment has its own entrance with a wardrobe and an open living and sleeping room with beautiful views of the river and nature. The idyllic and quiet location invites you to relax.

The granny flat is directly with us in the single-family house and has its own entrance. It is bright and very charming due to the oiled wooden floor. If you are as happy as we are about a view of the garden, the sneaking around of the cat and the cackling of 3 chickens, then you have come to the right place. Welcome to our cozy apartment! We have lovingly renovated it and made it a perfect place for a little break. We live here very quietly on the edge of a small village. So if you're looking for supermarkets, bars, etc., you're unfortunately not in the right place. But you get peace and quiet here. The perfect place to stay before or after the Badewelt, which is only about 15 minutes by car. We look forward to seeing you soon!
