With a lot of love and diligence, this apartment was completely renovated to highlight the medieval architectural style. Small, cozy, friendly, bright and quietly located apartment in the center of Markranstädt. Close to Kulkwitzer Lake, not far from Leipzig, Neuseenland, Nova Eventis and the Brehna outlet center. For activities of all kinds, you have all the possibilities on foot, by bus and train or by car. The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of the house, overlooking the countryside. In the spirit of corona, we are doing everything we can to comply with Airbnb safety standards.

Quiet 2-room apartment (60 sqm) with Saale view It is an apartment on the garden level with a private terrace overlooking the Saale. The apartment has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large living room with dining area, a bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is about 60 square meters. The furnishing is modern and includes, for example, a box spring bed (1.8 m) in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the living room and garden furniture.

Das Apartment befindet sich in der Südvorstadt, einem alternativ geprägten Stadtteil. Das Herzstück der Südvorstadt bildet die belebte Einkaufsmeile der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. Nicht weit weg vom bunten Treiben der „KarLi“ befindet sich das Apartment in einer Seitenstraße und ist somit ruhig gelegen. Das Apartment bietet die beste Ausgangslage um Leipzig zu erkunden, da das Zentrum Leipzig’s mit nur 1,5 km fußläufig erreichbar ist.

The charming guest apartment is a separate apartment in our house near the Leipzig lake landscape. The apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes on foot or by bike in the green belt of Leipzig. Thanks to the excellent transport connections, all sights and the city center can be reached quickly. For a cozy breakfast on the balcony, you will find fresh rolls from our traditional bakery and a master butcher around the corner.

Shopping, train station (900 m) are within walking distance, as is the city center. Close to snack bars, tram stop and 24-hour gas station. Lake Hufeisen with a golf course invites you to swim, walk, relax and golfing. It can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

I am offering our son's newly renovated apartment here. He rarely uses it for work reasons. It is located in a quiet location of Markranstädt. The center of Leipzig can be reached in 16 minutes by regional train. For recreation, you can be at the lake in a few minutes by bike. Feel free to use a storage room for your bikes. Smoking is possible on the balcony. I'd also be happy to greet you in person when I'm in town.

Eagle's nest in Art Nouveau townhouse

At the very top of our listed Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared the Eagle's Nest for you. The small guest apartment with ❄️air conditioning❄️, bathroom and mini-kitchen with fridge comprises the entire 4th floor. Towels and bedding are provided. You can park your bicycles, etc. comfortably and safely in the large gate entrance. Tips for parking in the neighborhood can be obtained on request.

Welcome to our lovingly renovated Wilhelminian-style house in the southeast of Leipzig/Stötteritz. The house has been restored by hand for the past 10 years from the basement to the top of the roof by master craftsmen. The ground-level apartment has its entrance through the house entrance hall from the street and offers space for 2 guests with one bedroom and a combined kitchen/living room.
