The stylish apartment is located in an elaborately renovated quarry stone house with 4 residential units in the center of Borchen. The house was built in the shadow of the historic fortified church surrounded by streams. The residential building is centrally located and therefore a good starting point for activities! The apartment is on the first floor with access to the garden. The approximately 40 sqm apartment has two rooms, as well as a shower room. The apartment can be darkened using electric shutters.

The property is located in Billerbeck / Horn-Bad Meinberg in Lippe district. Walking and hiking opportunities can be found in our beautiful village on the Norderdich, as well as the nice restaurant "Zur Post". There is plenty of shopping for the day only 3 km away. Needs (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, etc.), restaurants (including McDonalds) and leisure activities. It is recommended to visit the Externsteinen (7 km), the Herrmanns Monument (15 km) or the Schieder Reservoir (12 km) .

Our charming, detached tiny house is quietly located in the backyard of Paderstraße and thus within walking distance to the cathedral, the Paderquell area and the city center. With a small garden, high-quality amenities and plenty of privacy, it is the ideal place for a relaxing stay for two and all in the heart of Paderborn. Please note: The stairs to the upper floor are a bit steeper, so you should be sure-footed. The accommodation is not suitable for children.

The guest area with private bathroom (2nd floor) and shared kitchen (ground floor) is located in the annex of a quiet farmyard just outside (!) the village of Sande am Lippesee, 11 km from Paderborn, conveniently located near the A 33. Best to reach by car.

We are located in the countryside and offer lots of space. At night you can hear the owls in the forest. In winter, it snows here, while it just rains in Paderborn. By e-bike, you can reach Paderborn in 45 minutes or excursion destinations in Haxtergrund in 30 minutes. You can drive or walk for miles through the fields. Four golf courses are close by. The south balcony offers great views and the bedroom is pleasantly cool in the summer.
