Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. Welcome to the vacation home Blaupause on the Swabian Alb (near Blaubeuren), a wonderful place for your vacation. Active vacationers have countless opportunities to discover the beautiful landscape here - those who prefer to relax can simply make themselves comfortable. The building is a 1-story wooden house (57 square meters). Two beds in the bedroom, two more on the sleeping platform (accessible via a ladder staircase). The cozy furnishings are consistently modern and high quality.

Sonnenhaus is in a very good, quiet location of Sindelfingen. Just 400 meters from Sonnenhaus is the very large and famous Breuningerland shopping center! At Breuningerland there is simply everything and everything is the best of the best. Just 100 meters from Sonnenhaus is the forest, where you can walk and run well. Stuttgart city center is only 15 km away. Stuttgart Airport is also only 15 km away. (15 minutes by car) near Sonnenhaus is the thermal spa Böblingen (2.4 km)

It is very easy to reach (whether train, bus or car) and is close to the city. You can park for free in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment on the old Holzplatz is a bright, quietly located apartment with a usable area of about 63 m² in Waldhausen. The 2.5-room apartment is spacious and has a terrace at ground level.
