Welcome to our home! We rent a cozy, and large sheep/living room with kitchen and bathroom on the first floor of the house. The apartment is located in Fulda - Kohlhaus. Parking spaces are available at the top of the street for free. By car, you'll be downtown in about 10 minutes, but you can also take the bus. The stop is about 8 minutes walking from the apartment. Shopping is good at the Kaiserwiesen shopping center. By foot about 18 min.

With a view over Bad Brückenau, the city center is within walking distance with various shopping opportunities. Thanks to the sofa bed and additional mattress, the apartment can be used by up to four people. The kitchen is fully equipped. Ideal for visiting spa guests. The cozy 50 sqm apartment is located in the annex of our single-family house with private access. The bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, wardrobe and TV. The open living/dining area is equipped with a corner couch, closet and TV, dining table and kitchenette. Two more people can sleep on the couch (140 cm). The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for 4 people. (Dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, bread slicer)

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.
