Unser schönes Landhaus hat insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer über 2 Etagen. Auf ca 190 qm gibt es 2 Bäder, eine große Küche mit Terrasse und Lounge Zimmer, Wohnzimmer, Kaminzimmer und Sauna. Im Aussenbereich findet ihr einen 1500qm Garten mit Fußballtoren, kleinem Basketballcourt und einen 11m Pool ( Juni - Sep). Die überdachte Aussenterrasse und BBQ Grill laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein. Leider hat der Pool keine Sicherheitsabdeckung und aus diesem Grund ist die Villa nur fuer Schwimmer geeignet

Sie können direkt von der Haustür mit dem Bus in die City fahren oder in 15 Minuten das Zentrum zu Fuß erreichen. Das Wohnviertel ist schön ruhig und nah am Wald gelegen.
