Vacation rentals with a pool in Bacolod

From the day of booking, Dandin has been responsive. He loves to host, and it shows with his air bnb. My brother in law booked this place for 4 nights for himself, 3 kids, his wife (my sister), my father, my husband and myself. My father, husband and myself needed a place to stay a day before and after their stay, last minute, Dandin was able to accommodate us, no issues. His air bnb is well kept and clean, they came once to clean the dipping pool, which is a great plus! Upstairs there were 2 bedrooms and the master bedroom had an attached bathroom had a running hot shower, the living space had a smart tv to watch Netflix and YouTube. Downstairs was the living room, dining room, kitchen, dirty kitchen (with rice cooker) and one room with another bathroom that had a running shower. The total of 6 days in this air bnb made my stay in Bacolod much more comfortable. My family thanks you. When I am in Bacolod, I know where I’m booking next time.

The place was a quiet and safe neighborhood that you can do walking at night, amenities were excellent with great wifi, water heater and AC. Close to a big grocery store. A few miles would be the highway, some great restaurants and fast food. The circumferential road was JJ key for us to travel all the cities. The home was clean and ready for our stay. Great work and hospitality! Thank you so much!

Lovely place to stay with my family. Great having a pool to keep the kids cool during the warm weather. Home has all the amenities you need. Clean and tidy. We had family over and it was great to have the outdoor area to have them over. Thank you for a lovely stay and being a great host.

A perfect place to stay when in bacolod esp if you’re travelling with kids. The community if good, house is huge and spacious. The host is very responsive and very much helpful.

House is clean and safe. Owner is very nice, my siblings were able to visit me during dinner time and stays until almost midnight, I felt comfortable and safe every time they leave the place. My daughter and son arrived 3:30 am, the guard made sure they came to our place safely. The guards are really nice. If I’ll visit Bacolod in the future again, I would like to stay at Tricia’s house again.

It was a fun and comfortable stay. What stood out is the friendliness and responsiveness of Mae Ann. The place of course was clean and all the possible needed things were provided. Stay at Mae Ann's place and have the feel of staying in the comforts of your home.

Everything was pefrect. Spacious living room and what we preffer ,all rooms on the ground floor.Wifi working perfectly. For sure we will come back

Giving my straightforward takeaway and rating review on this place. I give more than 5 stars, as I give kudos to Ms Sheila as she never fails to impress and give excellent customer service 24/7 The place is such a cozy sophisticated spot to stay as it gives a home warmth vibe that makes you feel at ease. At the same time giving my unwavering gratification to Ms Sheila the owner as she is hands on and responsive. I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends !

Cozy and Clean, Host was responsive with our questions and concerns, place was a bit strict with parking so you have to inform them ahead. Complete things needed for the place, great view of the pool and the city. Well thought interior. will book again when I visit Bacolod

Excellent view and location. Everything is nearby and the staff is amazing. The place is located in a busy area but it's low-key. The pool area is not designed for large gatherings but there is a large open area adjacent to the pool that is perfect for that. You probably need approval from management, but they seem like they would say yes to most reasonable request (8 people or less). Lastly, I would rather stay here than the nearby Seda Hotel. Same area; just a different price.

Had a wonderful stay at this unit. Clean room, bathroom and clean sheets. Had problem with WiFi but it was resolved right away. Host is responsive with messages sent. The only thing that is very noticeable, the smoke alarms in nearby units keeps going off when someone is cooking inside their units. This made us not cook inside the unit to avoid setting off the smoke alarms. Otherwise, the stay was very pleasant.

Had a wonderful stay! Newton’s place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described and the host was very responsive. Highly recommend!

We really wanted to thank Jo Ann as she has been very responsive to us specially sa mga tanong namin like going around and asking for recommendations sa mga local food. While for the place, it is very accessible and easy to find. The unit is super clean and really smells good! It has also provided complete things that you might be needing in your stay. We will definitely come back again! Thank you for making our visit worth it ☺️

I love the place. I got everything I need. It was immaculately clean, super fast internet, A/C was also strong (helped relieve the summer heat) and kitchen was fully stocked. Bed was super comfy and sheets spotlessly clean which made for one of the restful sleeps I’ve had. The huge TV also kept me entertained while watching my favorite shows on Netflix. Carlos is a great host. He was more than helpful and fast in circling back when I had a very few issues which made the experience even better. He also allowed me to do late check out as my flight was moved at a later time. I’ll most definitely come back.
