Nice friendly owner and caretaker . Very good customer service which is most important. Spacious tidy home . Electricity cost payable on checkout is clearly costed and reasonable .

This is a very nice place to stay. If you are in town, I would suggest it you do have to travel a little to get into town, but it’s well worth it.

House is perfect for us. Thanks Camille for being such a great host. Housekeeper is amazing too!

House is clean and safe. Owner is very nice, my siblings were able to visit me during dinner time and stays until almost midnight, I felt comfortable and safe every time they leave the place. My daughter and son arrived 3:30 am, the guard made sure they came to our place safely. The guards are really nice. If I’ll visit Bacolod in the future again, I would like to stay at Tricia’s house again.

It was a great stay, upon our late arrival there were no hustle for the key has a secured key box. Then, upon entering the villa the ambiance was good that it feels like home. Despite the short stay we enjoyed comfortably the accommodation. We did not expect that the villa has a complete appliances, we even brought our own thinking that it was not included. A two thumbs-up to Francisco's Residences for a great stay at the Little Villa 1. Worth recommending to my friends and family.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rai’s Place. Sir Rai is very responsive despite catching flights in between. Everything that you need is already there, we were able to cook food, whole house is air-conditioned and we really felt at home. Could not describe more kay dabest gid amon stay. Planning to stay there again if ever we get a chance to travel again. Kudos to Sir Rai!

The place is superb. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The location is near to the airport, groceries, church and some tourist spots. The host is very friendly, accommodating and very responsive. Overall, satisfied with our stay and the place is highly recommended.

Glad to find a place where we can bond with families while in Bacolod. The place can accommodate up to 12 persons. My nephews and nieces enjoyed the night swimming at the community pool in the subdivision. We enjoyed our stay this house❤️😊

Had a great stay at this place! Miss Pheny was so responsive and patient about my inquiries since it was my first time traveling in BCD. Definitely worth the buck! the location is great since it’s near the mall and other fast food chains.

The stay was enjoyable, and the location was excellent, complete with all the necessary amenities. The small iron was particularly useful, and I really appreciated the tea setup. However, we did encounter a small issue during check-in when the door wouldn’t open, so we had to wait for the owner to come and let us in. We are very grateful that she promptly helped us, especially considering the distance she traveled. The hand soap and shampoo provided were of excellent quality, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the view was fantastic. Air-condition was top notch compared to other spaces this was adequate and could reach my desired cozy temperature of 16 to 18. will be my go to place!

The condo is as advertised. The location listed on gmaps is incorrect as it led us half a kilometer away from the actual condo. Communication during check in with the host was difficult while we were lost because she kept telling my girlfriend, “It’s on the corner! It’s on the corner!” Seriously? There are corners on every street we’ve passed! Repeating “it’s on the corner” over and over and over doesn’t help us…And to make matters worse, the host failed to send us the proper security clearance paperwork for the gate guard to let us in when we finally found the condo, so we had to wait in the lobby until she got us the paperwork. The check in process was a complete fail.

The location is perfect, next to a mall with a supermarket. Walking distance to fastfoods/restaurants and public transport. A convenience store next to the entrance. I loved that the place had 2 separat beds with pull outs so we didn't need to share beds. Kitchen was essential for us ,they have a full sized fridge with freezer too. There wasn't toiletries which isn't really a big deal for us but check with host so know if you need to pack,also we couldn't figure out how to on the heater lols. but also wasn't a big deal for us, if that's essential for your stay,you might want to sort that when you get there rather than later -the host are very responsive All in all we had a great and comfortable stay and 💯 would recommend this home. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the unit. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. It was great to have everything within reach while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. Jenia was an exceptional host. She provided clear instructions and was very responsive to any questions I had. I felt well taken care of during my stay. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a memorable vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas stay at Ms. Jirah G's lovely home. The check-in/out process was seamless, and the place was spotless. The house is very spacious, perfect for large family gathering. We had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient. The caretakers were very helpful and accommodating, too. We highly recommend this place!

A Home Away from Home! I had the most wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly accommodating, providing helpful tips about the local area and ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn't have been better – situated in a charming and safe neighborhood, it was easy to explore nearby shops and restaurants. Despite being in the heart of the city, the apartment was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, allowing me to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the extra touches like soap and toalitries, It was evident that the host had put a lot of thought into making their space feel like a true home away from home. I can't wait to return to this Airbnb for my next getaway in Bacolod!
