Sea View Suite with Private Hot Tub & Terrace

This is a large suite with two terraces, an incredible bathroom with a large jacuzzi, an outdoor shower and dining area all inspired by my time in England and the former tropical colonies. The location is central and the view from the terrace is fantastic. Everything is brand new from the AC to the TV and the bed. Some furniture is antique from the 1800s. This suite is part of a small three-suite venue with the kitchen shared when you enter. We don’t have an elevator, you will need to walk up.

The Villa faces the sun and sea and is only a 10 minute walk from the beach. The house enjoys a privileged position overlooking the sea and kissed by the first sun, offers enchanting sunsets and a lot of peace of mind. Surrounded by a large outdoor area, it is ideal for those seeking relaxation and quiet, for couples but also for small families. The village center is within easy walking distance. The parking is not included.

Just go down the stairs of the house to have everything available; beaches, bus stop, taxi, parking, supermarket, bar, restaurants, shopping, and less than 1 km the beautiful bay of S. Montano and the Pithecusae Museum.

Posizionato all'ultimo piano di una villa storica con ascensore. L’attico si compone di un grande spazio living con cucina a vista, due camere matrimoniali, due bagni ed un terrazzo privato. Inoltre, gli ospiti potranno usufruire gratuitamente di un posto auto privato all'interno del cortile ma non custodito.
