The apartment has two rooms , bedroom and common room with kitchenette, shower and hallway. The rooms are centrally heated in the shower with underfloor heating. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, it is located on the ground floor and is one of two residential units. It is centrally located in the center of Remseck district of Aldingen. Bus lines to the residence city of Ludwigsburg or the light rail to Stuttgart can be reached in a few minutes by foot. The apartment does not have a parking space.

City, forest & river. Quiet, right in the forest and on the river as well as right in the city. Beautiful apartment with its own large (south) terrace and wellness area with sauna. Direct access to the park-like garden (for shared use). Great walks are right outside the front door. The bus stop is only a few meters away (about 7 minutes by bus to the train station/city). You are quickly in Stuttgart, Waiblingen, Winnenden, Ludwigsburg or Backnang. S-Bahn station is Winnenden. The supermarket and bus stop is a few minutes walk away. The apartment has it's own entrance, is fully furnished with everything you need and you don't have to share it with anyone.

My place is close to an S-Bahn station (10-minute walk + bus connection right in front of the house). The journey time to Stuttgart Central Station is 30 minutes. My place sleeps 1-2 adults and is 36 square meters. It is a self-contained apartment/basement. Flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi are available. From a 7-day rental, there is a weekly change of linens and fresh towels and dish towels. Plates, cutlery and pots are available.

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
