We enjoyed our time at Tuan's place! The location is amazing, about 10 minute walk to the Old Quarter and 20 minute walk to Hoan Kiem lake. The unit was designed beautifully and has a beautiful kitchen. The balcony is really cute to hang out and watch the scooters and car pass all day. Host is responsive and polite! Highly recommended.

Had a great 1 night stay here. Everything was as seen and described on the advert. spacious and clean. Great tv, comfortable bed, range of cooking utensils and a nice shower. The host was also very friendly and responsive. Would definitely reccomend. Thanks

I had an amazing stay at this brand new apartment! Even before booking, the host was incredibly helpful, they sent over a detailed video tour and additional photos since the unit was newly listed, which really helped me feel confident about my decision. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures! Bright, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The host was also very accommodating and responsive, providing extra items I requested like a clothes iron and cleaning supplies. Everything was ready and set up upon arrival. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. The space itself was perfect for working remotely, with good natural light, a comfortable workspace, and beautiful views of the lake, especially at sunset. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a quiet, cozy, and elegant place to stay in Hanoi. Would definitely come back!

3 friends and I had been traveling through Vietnam and Hanoi was our final destination before heading home. We truly enjoyed the location of this place and the walk ability it provided. You enter through a business on the bottom floor to get to your apartment, but the people were extremely friendly and made you feel welcomed. The apartment was stocked with beer and snacks that you could purchase at a very reasonable price and unlimited filtered drinking water was provided at no cost. Most of our interactions were with host Tuyen. He was very friendly and went above and beyond’s to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be in a great location and have access to friendly hosts.

It is easy for me to substantiate my saying that I truly enJoyed my time at Tracy's place because I have already chosen another one of her homestays through Airbnb. It is in the same building where I have been for almost a week. I would have liked to have extended my time at the same place but it was already committed to another guest. Fortunately, Tracy had another apartment very similar to the first one so I was easily able to go through the simple logistical transfer of gear from one place to another. I never had the pleasure of meeting Tracy, but our correspondence was cordial and thorough through the Airbnb app. I did meet both of her parents upon arrival and I appreciated their thoroughness in showing me what I needed to know about the place. The listing's indicated amenities were present and worked just fine. All my needs and interests were met without complications and I consider myself lucky to still be here Without hesitation I offer Tracy's place my highest recommendation.

The host was very welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful. She gave me some great tips for exploring the city and discovering the local cuisine. We had a great month at this Airbnb in Hanoi. The accommodation was comfortable, great location and perfectly equipped for a long stay. Tom, our host, was exceptional: always available, attentive and caring for us. It really helped make our stay even more enjoyable. I really liked the property and it was well maintained. The location is little out skirt especially if you want to roam around in the night but it’s perfect and peaceful. It was very spacious too. Would love to come again and stay here.

Stayed at the beginning of the month and first time in Hanoi. The location was amazing. The access was a little obscure and I have seen someone mention that it was down an alley and “not safe”. True - it’s down an alley but not once did I feel unsafe. The host was extremely helpful as well.

Very good location. Close to Hoan Kiem lake and Trang Tien Plaza. Everything is practicably walkable from the location. The unit is soundproof and as can peacefully sleep at night as there was zero noise from the outside! Host was very kind and responsive.

such a great service from the host! we’ve got airport transportation from our stay, we’re glad since the transport is a little bit expensive. also, the host is very friendly and helpful, he helped us printed the boarding pass at night 🥹🥹 the host is very responsive! nice stay, the room is clean and they did the cleaning every 9am in the morning. the amenities are all there based on the lists. the location is strategic since it’s near to the food and places we want to go. a recommended stay in Hanoi! 😍🤩

It is located in the center of the city with easy access to lots of shopping places.

The room is in a bustling area, and you can walk to all the major restaurants, which is very convenient.The host often takes the initiative to ask if we need help, and thoughtfully asks if we need airport pick-up and drop-off, which makes us feel very warm!

We had such a lovely stay at this flat near the Ecopark! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful from the start—super quick to respond and full of great local recommendations for places to eat and explore. When we got a little lost, they were quick to guide us, which we really appreciated. The flat itself was comfortable and had everything we needed—we just wish we could have stayed longer! Would definitely recommend and hope to come back again one day.

This place was amazing. It was in a perfect location with a great view.

It's exactly the same as the photos! The accommodation is clean and nice. There are a few ants in the accommodation... and delivery food is limited, and it's a little inconvenient to move around. Basic travel time is about 30 minutes. You can use the swimming pool for an additional fee. I intend to visit again next time. That's how good the accommodation was.
