Best home I have ever stayed in everything is super clean and even more aesthetic than the photos very convenient. I have everything I need within the apartment. The host is very friendly and responsive so I feel welcomed like it's my home. Also there are many good restaurants and stores nearby and very short distance to famous attractions. Love this and I definitely will come back when I visit Hanoi!!!

Everything was great, Tuan was very flexible in helping us check in early he was very friendly. The location couldn't be better you can walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, especially on the weekend when you step out onto the walking street, lots of outdoor activities. The house has a dining room on the top floor which is very airy and relaxing, perfect for drinking coffee.

Exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived— no eerie or uncomfortable feelings. The place truly felt like home. Our toddler slept peacefully throughout the night, which says a lot about how cozy and safe it felt. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Thank you so much! We’d definitely stay here again if we return to Hanoi.

I live in Hanoi, but often stay at different apartments so that I can relax or experience different parts of the city. I have easily stayed in over 50 apartments throughout Hanoi. So, you can believe me when I say: this is one of the best places you can stay in Hanoi. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. It is clean, designed well and very comfortable. There is no real view (it faces a building and the ceiling in the upper bedroom is low (I'm 5'5 and I had to duck), but this should not dissuade you as it is a very comfortable apartment. The location is phenomenal: you are one block from the famous Trang Tien street and the lake. There are so many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. And, the host is phenomenal: she is one of the kindest and most responsive that I've met in Hanoi. I rarely stay in the same place twice, but I will definitely return to this apartment.

A lovely room in a great walkable area! The hosts were extremely helpful, responded quickly and organised a taxi for us from the airport. We had a lovely stay!

Where to start, what a cracking place. Close to most attractions in Hà Nội and the property is exactly as shown. The hosts are amazing, we were able to check in early and leave our bags there after check out on the day we were traveling. To top it off the hosts are lovely people, cant recommend highly enough :))!
