Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was super clean and just had a nice vibe - felt comfortable right away, like being at home. The host was great - quick to respond and helpful. All in all, totally worth it. Would happily stay again.

Comfortable, modern and well furnished apartment in a great location across the road from the beach in Danang. It is very easy to walk to the beach, cafes, and restaurants. We loved the East West Brewing Company restaurant across the road by the beach. The host provided local recommendation’s and was frequently in contact to ensure that everything was going well. We appreciated the early check in. There is a lovely roof top pool, however there is no shade around the pool or sun loungers and it was way too hot when we were there so we didn’t use it. We would highly recommend staying here. 😀

This place was amazing. The host Ruby was very friendly and was always smiling. She made sure I had everything I needed and was always responsive to questions. A host can make or break your stay, and Ruby made sure it was great. The room was very large, spacious, and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked great. There was plenty of hot water and water pressure in a large bathroom. For those with mobility issues, there is an elevator, so don’t shy away from booking. I used the washer and dryer during my stay and it worked great. There is scooter rentals on-site and a competitive rate. They won’t be beat on their daily rate. It is a 5 minute walk to the best beach in Da Nang. I guess you can tell I had a great stay and will definitely be staying here again.

Even though Enmy’s apartment is a studio unit, her place is very spacious and very clean. I love the large bathroom, especially the shower stall that actually has a door to prevent water from splattering all over the floor. Enmy is very friendly and nice, we are very grateful that she allowed us to check in much earlier than scheduled check-in time.

Khoa was a very responsive and friendly host. Our requests were attended to almost immediately. The property has a high and open view to the surrounding/the river. The bedrooms were comfortable and air conditioned. The living room is well decorated and with entertainment options. Our stay was great. We walked to some attractions albeit it was hot and humid during the day.

The host is friendly, and you can use a large space at a lower price than a hotel. It's even better that Han Market, cafes, and famous restaurants are all within a 5-minute walk. There's no breakfast because it's not a hotel, but it feels like you're fully enjoying your trip by eating and drinking a cup of coffee at a local restaurant within 5 minutes on foot rather than having a hotel breakfast. 5 minutes to Pink Church, 5 minutes to Han Market, 5 minutes to Kong Cafe, etc. The best accessibility. The bedding was clean and odorless, and the towels smelled good. It's convenient to have a washing machine, and it's nice that the laundry dries quickly. I recommend it.

Great place to stay!!! The beach was a 2 minute walk and the views from the balcony were beautiful. Definitely would stay here again.

The main disadvantages for me: - The photo with the table is from another apartment. Overall, the table and chair are identical, but this apartment has much less light. - The apartment the dark with one small window. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice this when booking. - There are closed doors to the backyard with poor soundproofing; overall, it’s not noisy, but condensation drips from the air conditioner and noises near the trash bins may disturb you. - There is a huge ventilation hole above the bathroom door, there is no soundproofing. Despite the above, there are many positives: - Great location right in the center of the tourist area, with many wonderful restaurants nearby. - The manager is very customer-oriented and tries to make the stay as comfortable as possible, including purchasing and delivering some small items for a more pleasant stay. - Convenient code lock for access to the building. - Comfortable shower cabin.

Great stay! The room is very bright, from the balcony you have a beautiful view with trees and waterfromt, everything is very clean, internet and air conditioning work great, there is a kitchen but i didn't use it as my stay was short and there are a laundry machine and clothes dryer. The location is good, you have restaurants and a winmart close by, i think also some of the attractions are not too far away, especially some famous beach. The hosts are great, very friendly, always happy to help and replying very quickly. Definitely a recommended place to stay in my opinion, you'll have a great time here!

Good apartment and everything, but the one stove could be fixed.

Beautiful home and beach with wonderful amenities. The view is breathtaking and the apartment is just a short grab ride from everything. The host was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely book again the next time we are in Vietnam.

The friendly host always responded quickly and gave feedback, so I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. The view was so good, and there were so many things for the kids to enjoy, so I didn't know how time passed. I plan to use it again next time. It's nice and tidy because there are a lot of swimming pools. The bed was cozy, and it was very nice overall.

The room was very warm and nice.It was located on the top floor, and the next room was still vacant, so it was very quiet.Clean and tidy, with a beautiful night view of the Han River in Da Nang.The owner was kind, and communication went smoothly.It was very comfortable during my stay, and I would love to stay again.

Great home and location! It was convenient to get to places, surroundings had items such as coffee, food, nail salon, ATM, etc. The house itself was clean and felt just like home. We would love to stay here again. Lastly, the host is very helpful and friendly! It was truly welcoming.

Stylish, great apartment in the heart of Da Nang! Looked exactly like the photos. The bathroom was so big and the furniture was super comfortable. Quiet building, centrally located. Slept well. Host was friendly and communicative. The guidebook was such a nice touch. Really enjoyed the stay and will stay again next time I’m in Da Nang. Thanks Bare! :)

Everything is good and host is so kind

Clean, spacious, fully equipped apartment with both washing machine and dryer. Host was very responsive and detailed instructions. The apartment is right by the sea walking to the beach. It's suitable for family with kids. I will definitely stay again when I have a chance to come back to Da Nang.

This was an amazing apartment right across the street from the beach. It was in a perfect location with so many great restaurants nearby and plenty of things to see and do. The bed is very comfortable. The balcony has a beautiful view of the ocean. It was perfect to watch the sunrise. Ruby and her team were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to have a great stay. Overall, I had a great stay and I would love to stay here again in the future.

I spent 10 days here and loved every minute of the stay. The apartment is beautifully detailed. All the rooms have ocean views. This is a find. It is right across from the beach. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk in shower. There is a large dressing room right before the master bath. The pool on the 33rd floor is amazing. The are numerous restaurants just outside the door. There is a 24 hour market just down the street. Kristine is an amazing host In the Altara suites building where this is located there are numerous Airbnb’s. I talked with many of the owners. One of the main things that made me select Kristine place was that she agreed to provide three key. We were three people so it was mandatory that we each had our own keycard. Most of the owners will only provide two. You cannot access the elevator, pool or the apartment door without a key card. If you are a larger group don’t rent from them if they only want to provide two keys
