It's my vacation house and when i am not there, i am happy to share with travelers, food and drink are serve next door as my uncle lives next door. The house in a really nice location of a small fishing village and only a few walks to the beach, furniture is basic. air-condition is available. Please note well: The local authority does NOT allow Chinese, Taiwanese and Hong Kong passport holder to overnight on the island. Thanks for your understanding.

I am not sure 1,000 characters will cover it. I echo all of the other comments on here and more. Hoi, Vy and Mai are exceptional as is the property, accommodation, gardens, pool, surroundings and general location. I was there for a week, but wish that I had spent my entire vacation with them. I am 70, and in all my years of traveling, I have never enjoyed a week so much. As soon as I walked down the drive, I was aware of the beauty of the entrance and captivated by the amazing scent from rare Vietnamese magnolias. I was greated by Hoi who invited me to feel at home during my stay, and I truly did. Both her and Vy really step out of the box to ensure all of their guests have a very pleasurable experience, attending to individual requirements, at the same time blending into the background. On arrival, I thought that they were staff, as they both look so young to have built such a reputation as amazing hosts, but they have great energy and work so many hours. Lovely Mai is a huge credit.

We had a great time staying with Hai in Hoi An! He’s a wonderful host – friendly, helpful, and always available. The apartments are on the smaller side, but very cozy, and the large windows make the space feel bright and open. We especially loved the private terrace and pool – perfect for relaxing. The air conditioning made the rooms really comfortable, even on hot days. The service was fantastic! The nearby beaches were quiet and within walking distance, and there were plenty of delicious and affordable restaurants just around the corner. We’ll definitely be back!

A fantastic place to stay, perfect location in the old town, just round the corner from the night market but looking out over the river and peaceful and quiet. We were 3 so had the 2 rooms/ apartments on the first floor, one with a big balcony at the front with views over the river, the other smaller but both beautiful, clean and with very comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Thanh and Hannie couldn’t have been more helpful and responded very quickly to messages. You do have to time any arrival and departure by taxi to happen outwith markets times but that’s easy to do and the place is definitely worth it. I would recommend this place 100%.

The first thing I feel is that the villa is quite beautiful,close to the sea and there is Royal Shore restaurant next to the villa. Welcoming my family is such a kind housekeeper,he was enthusiastic and supportive to guide me when checking in. Entering the villa was unexpected because there was a fruit plate to welcome us. The 3-bedroom villa with sea view is quite beautiful and amazing. The amenities in the room are full, the sheets and towels are quite clean,there is a private pool in the villa. There is a kitchen space full of utensils and utensils for cooking that feels like home. All of that is not easy to find such a good villa in the low price. Very grateful to the host for my dedicated guidance, I and my family are satisfied with the villa and the service that has brought us. I really recommend this place,come experience and have fun with my family!
