The place is around 25k VND grab bike from center old quarter which makes it the best place for me. Away from bustling street. For the price I paid, it was definitely a really good stay with complete amenities ! Highly recommended !

The place is clean and in good location. Other than the smart bidet was broken before we arrived and not usable, everything else is perfect. Highly recommended.

Really nice cozy place, much nicer outside than in the picture. The owner is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended! I will come back next time I visit Hanoi.

Все прошло отлично, квартира расположена в хорошем районе, сама она большая по площади и удобная. Самым главным минусом был шум: каждый день с 6:30 утра начиналась стройка под окнами, спать без наушников было невозможно. Также под квартирой было техническое помещение, в котором также был шум уже до 1 часа ночи. Итого каждый день приходилось засыпать и просыпаться в наушниках. Но хозяин в этом не виноват конечно, поэтому оставляю 5 звезд)

5* are just not enough to describe the experience I had in Pham Van's place. The place itself is great, very clean, big and close to shops and everything you need. It's a bit hidden which give you a sens of home and privacy. Pham Van is an amazing host, I can't thank him enough for his kindness, welcoming, he was always very responsive, and here to help, I felt at home !

I had a wonderful stay at this charming Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to all the buzz, street food, and cultural sights, yet tucked away enough to enjoy a peaceful night’s rest. The host was welcoming and responsive and ensuring a smooth check-in. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to explore the heart of Hanoi and feel right at home.

Great Airbnb in a lovely neighborhood of Hanoi. Very close to the main areas, but peaceful for Hanoi. I would highly recommend this traditional, Vietnamese house.

Finding the place, especially at night, was a little tricky, but we had been sent very detailed instructions, and a kind neighbor also showed us where to go. When we arrived, Minh, the son, walked us through everything we needed to know about our place. He was very friendly and helpful when we had questions, not only during check-in, but throughout our stay. If he didn't know the answer, he looked into it for us. Very spacious and perfect for what we needed during our brief time in Hanoi. We definitely recommend!

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, well-lit, and each had its own private bathroom – a huge plus. The place was impeccably clean and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly felt like home. The host was exceptionally responsive and readily assisted us with an emergency weather situation. Highly recommended! 💯🥰

Diep’s home was a great stay! Nestled away near the Opera House, it was beautiful and a great location. All of the amenities were accurate. It allowed for us to access the different attractions around Hanoi. We really appreciate the services provided like arranging both a car pickup and drop off at the airport. We loved Trung's place so much that we decided to stay twice! We went on a cruise on Halong Bay and then came back to Trung's...it felt like coming home!!! Also note, there is a lovely little breakfast provided in the morning. I can't say enough nice things. Don't hesitate to book this Airbnb...you will be happy you did!

Uyen’s place gets 5 stars because of the price point. The instructions were very clear which in Hanoi sometimes it can be difficult to correctly find a place quickly. However, regardless of price it should be noted that although the Air B&B pictured and the one I actually was given are similar, the one pictured looks way nicer than the one you actually get. The stairs are carpeted, the one pictured on Air B&B is much sharper, the mattress is on the floor which isn’t a big deal but still, it’s clearly not what is pictured. Like I said, for the price point it’s still a great deal and would recommend.

Very cosy homestay in an excellent location. Had everything we needed and the laundry access was also a plus. There are some stairs but nothing too taxing for the average person. Highly recommend here if you’re looking for a spot to stay for a few nights in Hanoi.

It was my first time visit in Hanoi and the airbnb was amazing. Location near the train street it was easy to walk and find beautiful spots. The airbnb had all the amenities available and even some free snacks. Totally loved the place

Superb location! The house was very accommodating and had abundant amenities, like everything we could ask for. Also, Nga is always helpful during our stay. I highly recommend this place, truly remarkable.

This is our second time in this place within 3 months. The place is very well furnished, clean, kitchen has all the utensils and spices that needed for someone who likes cooking. Many house plants and good view. Located on 7th floor, great wifi, AC unit in each room. Washer and dryer, drinking water are the pluses. The location is very ideal, quiet neighborhood, very safe with security 24/7. Plenty of indoor parking spaces for motorbikes and cars. Many good local restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes walked to Hoàn Kiếm lake and phố cổ (old town). Owner is very responsive, great communication in English. She thinks through of everything to make your stay comfortable including a small detail like a scale for you to weigh your luggage. Definitely we will stay here again in our each trip to Hanoi. Highly recommended for couple or family of 4. Thanks again for letting us stood at your place and made our trip more enjoyable.

The place had everything I needed and is close to delicious restaurants and important landmarks. Host is super responsive and even had a scale for me to weigh my luggage. I was able to do laundry after a few weeks of travel. There is a friendly security person guarding the building at all times. I had a wonderful stay here and would love to come back!

This is a gorgeous little place, very cozy, in a perfect location. The building is nice, in a location that is still quiet while being only a minute or two from the lake, from restaurants, coffee shops, nice bars, everything! Its a quaint place with good AC, ample space for working and relaxing, with a washing machine as a nice bonus, and all the plants and garden really make it feel like home. Communication was great - Thuy is very helpful and proactive in sharing information and being responsive. Be aware of some noise in the building, but then again you're not going to find a place in Hanoi that doesn't have noise! Would definitely come again.

I really appreciated the owner going out of his way to drive me on his scooter to a nearby supermarket on my first night, as it was quite late. He also quickly provided any necessary items for the apartment whenever I needed them. A kind and responsible host! He also has a lovely cleaner (I forgot her name) who did a great job keeping the place clean for us; she's also very kind. I highly recommend staying at his place.
