Nana was always quick to respond when I had questions, her place was at a perfect location walkable to night market and train street, very clean, comfortable, and in my opinion is bigger than what the pictures show. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to other travellers.

My family and I needed to drop off our baggage in the early hours of the day and needed an early check in. Thi was able to meet us at 6am and help us with all our heavy luggage, and even though the check in was supposed to be at 3pm, we were able to squeeze in at 2pm. Super friendly and accommodating. Highly respected.

We received a very friendly welcome. Since we arrived early by train, we were able to leave our bags downstairs. At 12:30 PM we were able to enter the room. The house is new and the high technical standard was very surprising. Next to the room, as described, there is a kitchen that can be used. There is an elevator. You can easily enter the house in the evening. You have to enter a code and the gate opens. The two house staff members are super friendly and helpful! Top marks!! The place is a little hidden at the end of a small alley. The neighbors were very helpful and showed us the way with gestures. We had also received a video sent to us for directions, but we were unable to download it. The house is very quiet and yet within walking distance of many attractions. We could easily extend two days and leave our suitcases for a day trip with overnight stay at the property.

The bed and mattress here for me and my companion had the experience of a high-class hotel. The owner Thang was very supportive. I will come back here next time.

Paml’s spacious house is perfect for family or large group. It was easy to find with walkable distance. The house was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. I decided to stay at a whole-house bnb as I wanted space for my nieces and nephews to be as loud as they want without bothering anyone. However, the bnb starts from the 2nd floor and there are people living on the first floor so I still had to remind the kids to keep their voices down after 10 😂 which I didn’t mind at all. Overall, I and my family had a good stay here. We’d love to stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It’s a great option for a group of friends or family looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay together. With each bedroom on a different floor, there's plenty of privacy, and every room is well-equipped with strong air conditioning, hot showers, comfy beds, and even a desk if you need to get some work done. The hosts were so helpful and responsive - always ready to assist with anything we needed, which made the stay even smoother. The location is also very convenient, just a short Grab ride to the Old Quarter. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Hanoi!

everything was great, Henry was very helpful. For the price you cannot go wrong. 1 minus point but the bathroom was somewhat unclean. The hand soap was missing But still, I would definitely book again. Thanks
