Thao’s place is located right in the center of the old town. Everything is walkable. Host is very responsive and makes sure you are right at home. You can get all the necessities here and laundry is a big plus.

Mary and her family is such a sweetheart. Really helpful and courteous, and super hospitable. Place has every amenity one requires for a good stay. It was amazing staying here. Would love to visit again.

It was great

The apartment we stayed in was spacious and in good-condition though it was not the exact one shown in pictures but very similar. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite), kitchen with cooking utensils, AC, washer and dryer. Self-check in with key-code for the door with clear instructions. As we stayed for a few weeks we had free access to the pool. Roy is a man which we were surprised by because of the profile picture but he was very helpful and was accommodating in letting us check out later. Apartment is right next to Vincom Metropolis shopping mall which has a supermarket and there are lots of restaurants in the area. Bus stops nearby and easy to get a Grab to wherever you want to go. We enjoyed our stay!

I’m so glad I stayed here. Huong was an excellent host, very responsive, and super nice. The area is quiet and in a great location, although restaurants and good supermarkets are a bit far. Walkable to the old quarter and central to everywhere else by Grab/XanhSM. I stayed for a week and a half. I’m a picky person and the house is not a 5 star hotel, but it felt so much like home. There’s a balcony with plants, a grill outside, a nice bluetooth speaker, a nice desk, and no TV. Excellent for reading, writing, thinking, and working. Oh, and a nice cast iron pan. I’ll definitely be coming back when in Hanoi again.

Had a very nice and peaceful stay at Nam's place. The building is in a peaceful and lovely alley with local food stands for both during the day and late at night. The building is spacious with an elevator and a chill terrace on the top floor. Check in was easy as we communicated our arrival with Nam beforehand. The room is nicely structured and has all amenities needed. If you need anything, just let the person onsite or Nam know. Would def consider staying here again next time if we have the chance.

The location is in the middle of Midding and the old town, so it's good for both trips. The cleanliness is good, and the quick response from the person in charge of the accommodation is good.

The apartment looks better in reality! It’s sparkly clean. The apartment smells good, I didn’t find any smell of detergent or unpleasant chemical fragrances like hotels. Spacious bathroom, full of heat lamps and hot water. The security (or I should say the butler) is so friendly & nice. I have nothing to complain about booking here. Location is good for business trip. Highly recommend 👍🏻

Tuan's place is the perfect spot for groups or families who want to explore hanoi. The place is a little off the main road which makes it a peaceful retreat after a whole day of fun. Everything, from food to shopping to convenience stores, is just around the corner. We especially liked having a bahn mi store just outside! The house has everything you need and more. The rooms are nice and clean and all the ACs and heaters are working. The wifi is fast so the kids really enjoyed the smart tv (and fridge!) in every room. The stairs may pose a challenge to older people with large luggage especially in the higher floors. Lastly, Tuan is the most accomodating and responsive host. When you enter the house, he has already prepared food guides and places to visit for his guests and we really appreciate that. He also made transactions easier (transport, tours) so we had a very comfortable and convenient stay in hanoi. Don't think twice about staying here. Highly recommended!

Huong's place is a definite go-to especially during the weekends. The night market is just directly outside the alleyway of her place. I recommend booking before Friday 6PM so as to avoid the traffic during check in. Most of the souvenir shops are nearby and even the famous Shark Jaw building. The place is clean and cozy - a one-bedroom apartment with 3 beds. The AC is cold and Netflix is available. Best option for big circle of friends or family. Huong was kind enough to wait for us to be checked in and guided us towards the place. She's very accommodating and responsive and has provided good recommendations around the place. So, if you want to experience the night market with less hassle, choose this place.

I usually don't write reviews but this one really deserves the review. Linh was such a sweet host we reached hanoi at 3 am she was super responsive and taxi was ready when we got out. The property is a very cozy sweet super clean room spacious enough or 4 people. Check in was easy and Linh was just amazing host made our day easy. Also the room is in such convenient location.

Very friendly very helpful. Always fast reply. Helped me with flexible check-in/ checkout time. And even laundry as well! Felt the Vietnamese people’s warmest welcome:) Highly recommend this place, the view by the lake you can see with 1 min walk from the accommodation, it’s amazing in daytime and nighttime.

Very good stay! The area is really really nice, very enjoyable to walk around the lake in the evening, and less air pollution than other places in Hanoi. You have a Winmart and a Circle K very close by. The room is nice, not too small, there is a large desk to work comfortably, everything is clean, air conditioning is very good and internet is fast enough. There is a basic kitchen that you can use if you make your own meals. or you can find restaurants very easily at walking distance. I didn't see the host in person but she always replied quickly to messages, very good communication. Overall the week i spent here was good, everything went super smooth

Great apartment with fully furniture, It really suistable for someone intend to have long stay, all of them are so new and clean. I booked Linh's place nearly midnight and she contacted me immediately then guide me how to do self checkin. The sercurity of the building so good, the receptionist so nice, friendly. One of the things I like the most is the location, the building located in the center of Hanoi, opposite site with The Lotte center, nearly Japan Embassy and next to United Nations Building which makes the place safer and friendly with foreigners. I will absolutely come back for the next business trip. Thank you so much for taking care of me and support me right after I texted you no matter what time it is

Nice apartment with comfortable beds, good air con, good internet, daily cleaning and a super market next door. There are a few restaurants around and you can walk to the lake. One negative point is that you have to take a 15 min taxi ride to reach all the sights, activities and cool bars and restaurants in the old quarter.

My family and I (total of 7) stayed in this place for 5 days. We were very satisfied and happy with the place as it was so big and felt like home. We gathered together in the big living room to talk to each other every night. Extra point for the dryer. Really gave us a lot of convenience. Communication with the host was excellent. She was very helpful and responsive. And she also accompanied us for check in and check out. The location was nice. Had a shopping mall and supermarket just downstairs. It usually took us around 10 to 15 minutes to go to the old quarter. It was not a place where really close to the tourist areas but it was a quiet and safe place for family to stay. Really enjoyed this stay!

Good location for my business travel. Easy to access anywhere in city with Grab taxi. Also convenient shopping mall downstairs to buy groceries or go eat in many different restaurants. Wifi was good. Cleaning service was a nice addition. Beds were comfy compared to earlier apartments I have stayed in. Only thing missing was a water boiler for hot coffee in the morning and the kitchenware selection was somewhat limited to rice cups and couple of spoons. This is a top choice for my next visits.

Because it is located in the city center. It was comfortable to go around and I looked, and it was nice that there were quite a lot of good restaurants. I intend to visit again.
