Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Ayvacık

The house is very spacious and has a great view. There's also a nicer , super cute and quiet environment than the photos. The host showed and explained everything in great detail, we did not have any problems. You can reach the beach very quickly by car. Watering the garden felt like therapy. The neighbors are also very helpful and friendly. Completely relaxed environment. We loved it, we will definitely visit again.

Serhat and his wife did everything to make our stay enjoyable. And given the location and the quality of their house, we ended up having a wonderful time.

The lady was so sweet, the house was very clean. The terrace of the house is very nice and very calm around. Only we thought it was a place away from the compound in the photos, it stays in the village, so we tried to be careful when turning on the terrace or something. Everything else was very nice.

Ms. Helin had made all the necessary preparations for our stay beforehand, and she had a pleasant stay with her recommendations.

It was simply a flawless stay. If you are going to the Assos, Behram area as a large family or with a group of friends, I highly recommend Mr. Emre's place. Everything is thought out and presented to make it a comfortable stay. Mr. Emre is very helpful with everything.

I come back year after year to this home for the authentic Turkish village style and the peace it provides. Everything down to the linens, towels and kitchen dishes are of the finest Turkish quality. Beautiful Turkish art and textiles throughout. Gorgeous expansive views and outdoor terrace. Shellie is like a friend to her guests and an amazing cook! She literally grows and prepares things from scratch. Eggs and cheese come from the neighbors. Want to know where the best fish is served seaside? The best markets in the area? Where to find the freshest herbs? She’ll show you. Or if you prefer to be quiet and still and just listen to the birds, the sheep, and the wind rustle through the sage, she is in the house next door protecting your privacy. It is the perfect place to completely relax - or the perfect home from which to explore the Aegean countryside. This beautiful hilltop home in a real Turkish village (non-touristy) is a gem.

Ms. Elvan and Mr. Caner were very gulery. The house is in the center of Sazli Bay. Parking was no problem at all, thanks to the house. It was not cold because the bedrooms had air conditioning. They brought an external heater in the living room. The house was as seen. It was clean and tidy, I would recommend. 10-15 minutes to the center of Ayvacik by car in terms of bay location.

Everything was as discussed beforehand. We had a nice vacation as a family. We thoroughly enjoyed the holiday, especially because of the sincere neighbors of the residents. Only towels are not available in the stay. Future guests need to bring their own towels when they arrive, and future guests can take this into account.

Mr. Tamer was kind and helpful; his communication was good. Her instructions at the entrance to the house and thereafter were also on point. When we come to the house, the house was a really pleasantly furnished house. A house with much more than it looks in the photos. There are 4 independent rooms and a living room, a crowded team of 7 people like us was very pleased. From kitchen supplies to other appliances, there's everything you're looking for. You can reach the aquarium bay from the house to the car in 5 minutes. It is also 12-13 minutes away from the center. You can watch the moon rise from the other while witnessing a magnificent sunset on the terrace of the house. From now on, the address we will stay during our visits to the island is clear :)

Beautiful home in a cozy and calm area near the sea. It is also easily accessible 10-15minutes from the center. We also had no problems communicating with the host. So we had a very nice vacation.

If you want a holiday full of sea, calm and peace, you are definitely in the right place. We had a very peaceful and enjoyable 2 days with our friends at Ms. Başak's house. A villa that is completely yours and is right on the beach, everything you need has been thought of. The inside of the villa was spotless. Ms. Başak is a very friendly, sincere person living in the area. We communicated with him very comfortably and he gave us very good suggestions. Our stay experience was great! The house was extremely clean and the weather was very nice. The host was very caring and hospitable, they thought about every detail and did their best to make us comfortable. We really felt at home. We are definitely thinking of coming back!

First of all, the smiling face and sincerity of Ms. Duygu and her family helped us a lot. As soon as you enter the house, it boosts your energy. It was very nice in terms of its view and comfort by the sea. The courtyard was also a place where we spent a lot of time with pleasure as an alternative to the sea view. Although it was very hot outside, the house was very cool and spacious due to the fact that it was stone. It was very nice to have a beautifully decorated bathroom in each room. There are very high quality products from the electronic devices used in the kitchen to other materials. We left saying that we should come again and again.

It was a stay that we would recommend to have an extremely beautiful,peaceful time. Parking is very close 20m :) Close to everything. It's a place we'd prefer to come back. The instructions were very clear and clear.
