We stayed for 90 days. We had a wonderful summer as a family. We felt like our own home and it was peaceful. Being close to the sea is a great advantage. The garden, balcony, terrace were very convenient to spend time. We burned our barbecue and ate and had fun. Our friends came, and even on the days we were crowded, we did not have any problems thanks to the bathroom, room and bed capacity. We would like to thank Mr. Alper and his family for their interest and service. I would recommend it to everyone without a second thought.

We preferred it to have a holiday in a quiet, quiet place, both working and relaxing. Since the villa was very spacious and comfortable, we were able to work comfortably for four people. In addition to the cleanliness and order, we had a nice holiday with fruit trees, a beautiful garden with tomato pepper planted, sea urchin, and a wonderful sea without jellyfish, and with the treats and hospitality of Mr. Berke and his family. Mr. Ali was very caring and kind, the house was clean and very sweet. The location was very good, it was close to everywhere in the center. We had most of what we needed at home. We had a very nice 3 days as a family at Mr. Ünal's house. The street where the house is located was calm and peaceful. In terms of location, it was 7-8 minutes on foot to Akçay Kordon. The entrance to the house starts from the 2nd floor from the side stairs. The entrance also has a large balcony, if you are going to have breakfast, it will be easier to serve here as the kitchen is right at the entrance. But we preferred to do all the cooking on the upper floor balcony, which is very spacious and has a view of the Kaz Mountains, there is also a barbecue on the upper floor balcony. If we go inside the house, it is a house with 4 rooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 double beds and 5 single beds, which is extremely suitable for large families to stay comfortably. There was almost all the equipment in the kitchen. The bathrooms were very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. There was a ceiling fan in all rooms except the upstairs living room, and it worked very efficiently. I thank Mr. Unal and if you are coming to the Akçay region, I recommend this house to everyone with peace of mind.

Ms. Elif is an excellent host. Since the interior of the house is renovated, it has a really important advantage over other houses in Artur. Being close to the sea is very important, especially for family with children. We are very satisfied and will choose every time we come.

The location of the house, the historical textures around it, its spacious and peaceful garden, the fact that it is in touch with nature, its attentive decoration... everything was almost fairytale. The environment is very authentic and calm, every detail is thought out. Since we stayed in April, nature was awakening; the sea was beautiful, the days with the sounds of birds are different. We really enjoyed it. The hosts, Ms. Başak and Mr. Celesay, were extremely friendly, hospitable and helpful people. Thanks to them, we felt very comfortable and safe. It was a short vacation for us but very good for our soul. We sincerely appreciate everything.

There was a good communication about transportation from the beginning of the reservation. Keep it from the house cleaning, its proximity to the immaculate beach and the friendly behavior of the people of the region make you feel at home. Here is the one of the most authentic place we have ever been. Selahattin and his friends have been constructing here for three years. The habitat and ongoing construction in a very natural and beautiful harmony. Ones who look for five star hotel comfort, cannot find here what they look for. However here gave us ten star hotel experience or I don't know maybe fifteen star :)))) We feel lucky to have stayed here and met with Selahattin..

We stayed 3 nights as two people. We were very comfortable because it was right in the center of the places we wanted to visit. The sea is really close and Ms. Belgin has built a beautiful pier. So we could swim and sunbathe comfortably and didn't look for another place for the sea. The house was very clean and everything was considered. We received the necessary warnings and advice before coming, and Ms. Belgin was very helpful in that regard. He also gave us materials for barbecue and we had a barbecue in the garden. Everything was as it appeared in the photos. The house was spotless and tidy. Kitchen utensils were sufficient for two people. Great place for those looking for a peaceful getaway. It has its own pier, it's great to have a sandy area, it's very difficult to swim from the stones. We loved the olive trees and the sounds of birds. As a recommendation, if alternative light is used in the house, it will create a wonderful ambiance. We enjoyed it very much, thank you for everything ♥️
