Nearby are the National Trust properties & parks of Felbrigg & Blickling.

Garden Cottage sleeps two people, and has been lovingly renovated and finished into a self contained, private and beautifully presented private cottage nestled in the garden of Emily and Aaron’s home. Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. Beautifully furnished and decorated to a high standard. Light and airy with views overlooking the adjacent common. 5 mins walk to the railway station (also with frequent bus service) and a further 5 mins to the beach. Good location for walking and bird watching. Situated between Cromer and Sheringham (2 delightful Victorian towns) each with their own golf course and many other attractions, each having a variety of shops. There is also a general store and post office in the village.

The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'waney edged' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways.

A beautiful space to relax and enjoy the gorgeous Norfolk landscape from. Ideally based in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, only 1 mile from the sea front, country walks on your door step. There are many things to do and see - beaches, country homes, parks and forests, the Norfolk Boards or just watching the wildlife that lives around the barn such as our barn owl who lives onsite, the sheep, horses and goats in the surrounding fields or the butterflies and bees in our meadow.

The Old Farm Office is private and fully self-contained; guests have their own entrance to a hall, separate fully fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom and private garden.

The coastal walks offer some spectacular views and we do accept 1 well behaved dog so you can bring your furry companion.

Arbor Lodge

Arbor Lodge is set in a secluded part of Cromer within 5 minutes walk to the town centre, beach & pier. The Lodge is a purpose built annex to the owners own home, and it has been finished to a high standard & benefits from sea views. The Lodge is ideal for a couple but could accommodate 4 people with an easy pull out & comfortable small double sofa bed, a travel cot is available on request. At night the outside of the lodge is illuminated.

Hubblers Cottage is a compact traditional 1800’s fisherman’s cottage in Sheringham Small but full equipped making it suitable for a short or longer stays With living room & kitchen downstairs and bathroom and double bedroom upstairs It has parking for up to two cars to the front of the property & a patio garden to the rear to enjoy Hubblers cottage is only a 3 / 4 min walk to the beach or the high street A great little bolt hole!
