This is a beautiful place, it is like a peaceful sanctuary with your own private garden/courtyard, with orange and jasmine blossom trees and an olive tree . It is right in the heart of the old town and every thing is walking distance but it is also peaceful. Okan has written a book on the history of Famagusta and this love of history and heritage is reflected in the decor of the house. A very special place, I would definitely stay here again

The villa is in a great location close to Turtle Bay and Konnos Beach. It is well equipped for families and my grandchildren loved the pool and the play area. Lambros, the owner was always available and keen to make our stay enjoyable.

We loved our stay at garden villa! The house is beautiful and equipped with everything you would need. Cribs and high chairs were provided also. The pool and jacuzzi area were our favourite part. Just a stunning place to spend our holiday and would definitely come again. We were given later check out at no extra charge which was very much appreciated with young children. Thanks to George&Christina for always being on hand if we needed something.

Andrea was one of my best hosts. So kind and supportive! The apartment was exactly as on the pictures. Quiet, clean and lovely. Her puppy Daisy stole my heart right away. The market in the village was not big so we only went there for an ice cream. The communication was amazing and the pool was cleaned nearly daily due to sand from africa. I would recommend Andrea and hope to come back one day!

The house is extremely clean and equipped with new items. Every product we would want to have with us while we were traveling was also in the house. Ms. Yeşim responded quickly to all our questions about the house and the local area and informed us. Since there is a front to the main road, there is no small grocery store or grocery store around. It's away from the settlements and the noise of the city. The bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms and lounge were very clean and comfortable. & Thank you for everything It felt like home, and it was a pleasant vacation ⭐️

I had a lovely stay at Maria’s place and liked how she made it all feel very homely. It was easy walking distance to a large supermarket and some nice parks. Overall it had everything I needed for a peaceful break

Awesome place to stay! I stayed a month and still was awed by the view every morning! Very roomy, yet cozy with wood stove. Netflix , YouTube & WiFi never failed! Very secure building ( locked at night) & a double bolt door to the flat. Quiet building & clean & quiet neighborhood, always felt safe. Flat was immaculately clean, has rainfall shower, and bed was extremely comfortable. Nice little balcony too. And the huge dressing room/closet is every woman’s dream! Vas was very responsive to requests, friendly, & checked in via text often to see if I needed anything which I really appreciated. On top of all the above was the live-in host- Mr. Hero 🐈‍⬛- the sweetest, cuddliest cat ever! He has a great personality! He definitely adds the sense of home. Nothing better than having him meet u at the door with purrs after a day of sightseeing and then cuddling up for a good nights sleep. I hope to return to Cyprus & definitely would like to stay at Mr Hero’s , oops I mean Vas’ , flat again

Cemal and his daughter Shanel are excellent hosts. Their place is exactly as described in pics and within close proximity to shopping facilities, cafes, restaurants, beaches and historical sites. Great communication and very responsive. Highly recommended.

The apartment sits at the end of a newly build complex still partly under construction. The area is remote but heavily under development with a lot of construction (noise was not an issue though) Close to the apartment there are restaurants and a small supermarket (to which you could walk to). The beach is less than 10 minutes away by foot and the view to the sea is immaculate. The interior seems brand new and is spotless. The place is well equipped with appliances, towels and so on. On the private rooftop, there's a pool, grill, and lots of space with sun beds for you to enjoy. Aditionally, there's a large communal pool to swim some laps.

This was the third stay at the property. Hatice is always quick to respond and help with anything. The apartment is spacious and is in a really good location close to the city centre and a short car ride from the beaches. We would stay again.

This is a great place for a short stay for 1-2 people. The host was easy to communicate with, and the location is quite walkable, but quiet.
