Extremely pleased with our stay. The host was very attentive; he responded to all our questions very quickly and clearly from the time of booking to the time of checkout. We felt really safe and well taken care of. The house was very clean, well-maintained and comfortable, as seen in the photos. The location was great, you can walk to the sea in about 10 minutes. At the same time, it was a great advantage to be located within the site; there were three different swimming pools, two different gyms, restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, bakeries, butchers, casinos, and even amusement parks in the immediate vicinity of the house. Everything we needed at home was available: kitchen equipment, clean towels, linens, shampoo, shower gel, soap, even small but thoughtful details. This made the stay much more comfortable. In short, there was everything that contributed to a peaceful and enjoyable holiday. Thank you again to the host. Would recommend with peace of mind!

The house we stayed in was very good in the location, but there was a serious hygiene problem in the bathrooms, I requested cleaning, but it was very unsanitary even though it was cleaned, at least supplies such as bleach should be available in the bathrooms for such situations

My wife and I were guests of Mr. Davoud on our 4-day trip to Cyprus. The location was very central, the room was clean and spacious, the walking distance to the sea was 5-10 minutes, the price performance accommodation has everything you need and is sufficient. Thank you.🙏🏻

+ Excellent beautiful location ( away from it all ), very peaceful . Very good apartment complex , nice spa and restaurant . Very good and clean apartment. - photos don’t match real apartment at all becouse according to their rules apartment will be the Same category and size but no exactly the same . We got completely different apartment and much smaller , landlord refused to change it and only after airbnb team help the apartment was changed to the one we choose.

Lora has been the perfect host always available to answer and questions. The property is amazing, large open spaces my 1yr old loved crawling around the whole apartment whilst we could see her. With a balcony on both sides we had sun and shade options all day with fantastic sunset views. There’s a small park visible from the front door with swing and a roundabout. All route around are pram friendly we only ventured a small way around the salt lake but that was suitable and we even got on to the dried up part of the lake with a little carry of the pram. The hot tub is heated by the sun so easy to use and great on a hot day be sure to pop the cover on when not in use to keep it as clean as possible there’s an out door shower perfect for a rinse before use and the apartment isn’t over looked and is completely private. 10/10!!!

Great host and place to stay. Just a 3-4 minutes walk from Nissi beach and nearest restaurants, bakeries and markets.

From the moment booked, Sofia was available for any questions I had. She guided me exactly how to get to the apartment, what to expect, etc. The apartment was exactly as I expected it to be, and as described. Clean, spacious, equipped with everything! Şarafi’s apartment is the best place to stay in Famagusta. Şarafi is an attentive host who helped us with queries and ensured we were happy with the apartment when we checked in. The apartment was very clean with great ac, lots of outlets and lots of cupboard space. The bathroom is lovely. The kitchen is also great and has everything you need. We would happily stay here again

From the moment I booked the apartment, Maria was outstanding , from the initial communication, throughout my stay and once I headed back to the uk I couldn’t recommend this host enough. The house was as described, there were only minor problems with cleaning, but somehow we handled it. The plates in the kitchen were dirty and stained and the pans were oily, there were very few items in the kitchen, we had a hard time. Everything else was fine. On our 2nd day, the water broke, but Ruslan handled it in a very short time and solved our problem. The pool area was really nice and pleasant, the outdoor area of the house was peaceful, we liked it very much. It's not a very central place, but we had what we needed, like a grocery store and a restaurant. If I come to Cyprus again, I can choose this place again.. :))
