I booked with Demetris solely based on the fantastic reviews and we weren’t disappointed. On arrival to Larnaca Airport Demetris was there to collect us and we began our short journey to his beautiful apartment which is perfectly located in the traditional old town of Larnaca. Right next to the apartment are retail shops, supermarkets, family run bakery’s, bars and restaurants serving all cuisines. The stunning Finikoudes Beach is just a 5 minute walk, where you can also enjoy a full range of sightseeing tours and transportation which can take you to any part of the Cyprus coast. The apartment is very homely and has everything you would need. Fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and two bedrooms with a great balcony. Demetris is truly a wonderful host and was very helpful and easily accessible if you needed help. I’d highly recommend you visit Cyprus and stay at Demetris apartment, you won’t regret it. Great communication and great place to stay

The apartment is not suitable for winter trips. The cold floor and the room itself, even the air conditioner doesn't save. The sofa is not very comfortable, it squeaks hard. The bed in the bedroom is good. The house and the location are excellent.

The apartment was brand new and very clean. A beautiful little apartment with a magnificent view of the countryside. In the distance you can even see the sea. The house is a little remote and therefore very quiet. You need a rental car to get around. The landlord is very nice and helpful, also lives in the house in his own apartment.

Great apartment right in the center of larnaca 1 minute walk from the beach. The host is very responsive and friendly we had a great stay, very recommended !

Stelios was very helpful through the booking and check in process and very responsive with any questions. Close to the centre but far enough away to be quiet. Very easy walk into town

This apartment was beautiful and had different areas in which to enjoy and relax. All of Polivios recommendations (only had time for 4) were fantastic. if you are planning to stay in Larnaca this is the place you need to be. our favourite but was the balcony area with the table and BBQ.

Cemal and his daughter Shanel are excellent hosts. Their place is exactly as described in pics and within close proximity to shopping facilities, cafes, restaurants, beaches and historical sites. Great communication and very responsive. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic 7-day stay! Christos was an excellent host—very responsive from the moment we inquired, with clear communication before and during the trip. He provided detailed info to help us find the apartment easily and even guided us to an affordable airport transfer, which we used for both arrival and departure. Christos checked in regularly, answered all our questions promptly, and helped us quickly resolve a small issue. The apartment was clean, well-equipped with kitchen utensils and extra bedding, and perfect for our group with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. A 24-hour shop just a minute away was super convenient, and the location is only a 10-minute walk to the start of the strip—ideal for our plans. Great value, great location, and an even better host. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Athena’s place for 3 weeks, and it’s absolutely one of the best places we have ever stayed at, it feels like home away from home, apartment has all amenities, and the large balcony with beautiful view was perfect. Athena was a wonderful host who helped and stayed in touch throughout our stay. Apartment is located up on a small hill on outskirts of town, but found a shortcut that made the walk only 10 mins down to town. Tip: One thing we found helpful was to order groceries/water etc on Wolt delivered direct to the main gate so we did not have to carry that up hill. Can definitely recommend, and would stay again!

The place is 10 minute walk from beach and main restaurants. Pharmacy and small market also nearby. Bigger market is 15min walk. We had spare towels and bed linen. 2 double bedrooms with one ensuite and other with separate bathroom, both with good sized shower. There is a pool, I was spectical about the noise from people using the pool, but users seemed to respect the neighbour hood. Although if they were noisy, it couldnt be heard from bedrooms. Ac, hot water, water pressure all good. Kitchen was fully equipped and also extra detailed accessories like bags, baking sheet etc were provided. Large refrigerator and good sized freezer. Good sized modern smartTv and sofas were good. Appartement had good elevator and no noise can be heard of neighbours. We had a toddler with us and cot was good equipped with small pillow as well. Place also has very good storage/wardrobes for clothes and accessories. Full cleaning equipment was provided which it was good for us, having a toddler. PERFECT

Very nice place to stay centrally in Iskele. New building with large pool and slides etc… Parking is right outside the front door. Fully equipped apartment, large bed, TV, WiFi and large balcony. Would book again anytime. Cheap price, very clean and modern. Had a nice time. Thanks Andrei :)
