We had a fantastic stay at this lovely ground floor flat. The neighbourhood was peaceful and perfect for relaxing, and the flat was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The veranda was a real highlight — perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. Andreas, our host was very welcoming, met us on arrival, and was quick to respond to any questions during our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Arte’s been very responsive both before and during our stay, and helped us with all the questions we had. The place itself is a good value for its money, quite peaceful and has a super cute view with a floral tree from the master bedroom:) The kitchen also had all the necessary things for cooking and a longer stay in general. I think it’s a great option for a family

İhsan bey her konuda bize çok yardımcı oldu. Bir bebek bir çocukla geldik ve evle ilgili olmayan sorularımıza bile sabır ve anlayış ile cevap verip tüm konularda bize destek oldu. Evimde gibi hissettim manzarası çok güzeldi. Tekrar gelirsem ilk seçeneğim olacak bu ev. Bebekli tatil yapıp memnun ayrılmak çok zordur ama biz çok çok memnun kaldık🙏🏻❤️

Wij hebben met z’n tweeën twee weken gelogeerd in dit penthouse. Prettig modern appartement met ruimte voor vier personen met groot dakterras. Goed ingericht en voorzien van prima airco. Het ligt op de tweede verdieping en wordt bereikt per trap. Het resort waarop het zich bevindt is veilig en schoon en is een woonwijk met jonge gezinnen. Het zwembad ligt dichtbij, net ver genoeg weg om geen last te hebben van eventueel lawaai en dicht genoeg bij om in badjas heen te lopen. Er is een kleine, goed voorziene supermarkt op een paar minuten lopen. In de omgeving van het resort wordt nog veel gebouwd. De hostess heeft gezorgd voor veel informatie over de omgeving. Er waren veel tips voor het verkennen van de streek en voor restaurants. Het huren van een auto bleek wel noodzakelijk. Daarnaast heeft de hostess de transfer van en naar het vliegveld geregeld. Een grote plus voor deze accommodatie dat op slechts 1,8 km ligt van het prachtige Noord-Cypriotisch strand.

Wir haben exakte Anweisungen bekommen um die Wohnung zu finden und in sie zu gelangen. Die Lage ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Parkplatz im Schatten ist vorhanden. Aufzug in den dritten Stock. Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig, nicht unnötig vollgestellt. Alles was wir benötigten, haben wir gefunden. Adapter für die Steckdosen haben wir nur einen gefunden, hatten aber unsere eigenen dabei. Die Wohnung war sauber. Zur direkten Umgebung kann ich nichts sagen, da wir eigentlich die ganze Zeit unterwegs waren und nur zum schlafen und frühstücken in der Wohnung waren. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen. Wir waren zu dritt mit unserer erwachsenen Tochter hier. Kommen gerne wieder.

We had a fantastic 7-day stay! Christos was an excellent host—very responsive from the moment we inquired, with clear communication before and during the trip. He provided detailed info to help us find the apartment easily and even guided us to an affordable airport transfer, which we used for both arrival and departure. Christos checked in regularly, answered all our questions promptly, and helped us quickly resolve a small issue. The apartment was clean, well-equipped with kitchen utensils and extra bedding, and perfect for our group with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. A 24-hour shop just a minute away was super convenient, and the location is only a 10-minute walk to the start of the strip—ideal for our plans. Great value, great location, and an even better host. Highly recommended!

Наша семья прожила в этом доме десять дней . При заселении возникли вопросы по чистоте . После общения с Jeanette узнали что она поменяла клининговую компанию, а компания отнеслась к своей работе не добросовестно . Все вопросы уладили и больше ничто не омрачало наше проживание . Тихое , стильное место. В квартире , а особенно на кухне, есть все и даже больше . На территории комплекса есть бассейн . Правда вечером видели как там плескались местные собачки . Территория зеленая и ухоженная . Пляж находится в 5 минутах ходьбы , оборудован лежаками и душем . В этой бухте очень мелко , хорошо с маленькими детьми , взрослому человеку не совсем удобно . В 20 минутах находится чудесный черепаший пляж с чистой и теплой водой . А если повезет на нем можно смотреть как волонтеры в 20 00 выпускают маленьких черепашек в море . Магазин находится в километре от дома , можно спокойно дойти пешком . В супермаркете представлены все продукты . Хочу сказать спасибо хозяйке за все .

We stayed at Athena’s place for 3 weeks, and it’s absolutely one of the best places we have ever stayed at, it feels like home away from home, apartment has all amenities, and the large balcony with beautiful view was perfect. Athena was a wonderful host who helped and stayed in touch throughout our stay. Apartment is located up on a small hill on outskirts of town, but found a shortcut that made the walk only 10 mins down to town. Tip: One thing we found helpful was to order groceries/water etc on Wolt delivered direct to the main gate so we did not have to carry that up hill. Can definitely recommend, and would stay again!

There is a reason I keep coming back here. Lovely apartment in a great location and a fabulous host.

The place is great! You need a car to get by, but the beach is 10 min walking and it’s the best beach! Not many restaurants so it’s kinda virgin and untouched, I loved it especially in the morning. The place is kept with highly standard, very suitable for families. Not much going around in the night time, more chill mode. Susan has been absolutely amazing with answering every question, with giving us lots of recommendations where to eat and what to see around. All and all, it was a great stay, the bakery is fantastic!! You will enjoy:)
