I den vackra Sörmländska landsbygden på väg 223 mellan Nyköping och Björnlunda finns lilla stugan på gården Uvsta Östergården. Stugan finns på en gammal liten lantgård där vi idag driver ett café. Där har vi loppis och butik med inredning för hem och trädgård. Cafét serverar lättare luncher och har goa bakverk. Frukost finns att köpa i cafét. Mysig trädgård som man ser ut över åkrarna. Bagarstuga är en äldre charmig stuga på 35 kvm från 1800 talet med vacker utsikt över fälten. Lågt i tak!

The surroundings offer great nature; lake with beach 150m walk away, forests and archipelago. Stockholm is 37 minutes away by train from Vagnhärad.

Large south-facing terrace furnished with dining area, deckchairs and barbecue. Area with plenty of moose, deer, roe deer and wild boar as well as a rich bird life.

Beautiful living in the countryside of Sweden.

Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.

Only one hour’s drive by car from Stockholm (35 min from Stockholm Skavsta Airport) you find this calm and relaxing place where peace of nature is easy to find. Perched on a small hillside where the wind rarely blows this house offers a serene getaway. Go for a swim at the lake just a few hundred meters away or just relax on the spacious deck. The place is equally beautiful in winter when you can curl up with a book by the fire or connect with nature from the veranda.

Boendet ligger mycket naturnära. De vilda djuren, tillgången till skogen och lugnet är fantastiskt. Samtidigt är det bara 5 minuter, så är du på motorvägen mot Stockholm (1 tim.), Trosa (20 min) eller Nyköping med Skavsta flygplats (30 min). Chansen att se vilda djur här är nästan 100%, mest hjortar. Vill ni vara säkra på att se älgar, vildsvin etc. kan vi rekommendera en vilddjurspark på Öster malma, bara 20 min härifrån.

Bo bland åkrarna i den här ljusa lägenheten på lantlig gård. I en ombyggd ladugård ligger den här öppna lägenheten med stora fönster och utsikt över en hästhage. På entréplan finns pentry och badrum. Vi är en familj med två barn som bor på gården. Vi har en hund och en katt (de går fritt på tomten ). Vi har inga andra djur men intill vår tomt ligger en hästgård.

It was our first trip to Sweden and we had a wonderful stay with our three kids in the house of Hendrik. Everything we needed was there and we all felt like home from the beginning. The location was perfect for us - in the middle of nature but only 30 minutes away from Stockholm by train. One of our best trips was to "Stendörren naturreservatet", which we can highly recommend specially with kids. Our highlight after returning from a long day in Stockholm was a elk with two kids in the garden of the house. For sure it was not our last holiday in Sweden and we would be more than happy to stay a second time in Hendriks house.

Fantastisk smuk beliggenhed, helt privat og lige ved søen. Aftensol med solnedgang i søen og skoven rundtom. Placeringen kunne ikke være bedre. Huset er gammelt, men rimelig komfortabelt. Værten er meget venlig og imødekommende. Vores eneste negative feedback er køkkenet, som er slidt og svært at rengøre ordentligt. Alt i alt er vi godt tilfredse med vores ferie i Annas sommerhus, og vi kommer gerne igen.

De woning van Karoline is heel fijn! Gezellig ingericht, sfeervol, en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het fantastische en rustige gelegen tuin. De woning is op loopafstand van de winkels en prachtige wandelroutes. Aanrader!

I highly recommend this host and this beautiful place to stay. We had a comfortable and pleasant stay. It was so quiet and the apt was well equipped! Annika tipped us about a local pizzeria. Very helpful.

This was definitely one of the greatest Airbnbs I’ve ever visited (and Ive been to quite a few places around the world). Joe is one of a kind host, we felt at home directly. He answers quickly, gives you privacy, all the information you need to have a nice stay and explore the area around. He is very thoughtful about his guests experience and generous with what is included in the price. One can tell that the details are thought through! Also, the nature around is amazing, there is so much you can explore. At the same time, you don’t have to do so much to enjoy the beautiful place. We are grateful for this experience 🙏
