Locație superba, situată la 2 km de stațiunile Băile Felix și Băile 1 Mai și la 3 km de orașul turistic Oradea. Construcția este noua,fiind compusă din 4 dormitoare și 4 bai, un living și o bucatarie dotata cu toată aparatura necesară. In curte se afla un foișor cu masa mare, dotat cu grătar și ceaun. In momentul de fata, curtea nu este amenajată. Recent am instalat și un Ciubar cu apa fierbinte și jacuzzi cu o capacitate de 12 persoane! Ciubărul se închiriază separat(300 lei/sejur)

Localizare buna cu foarte buna raport preț-calitate. Relativ aproape pentru deplasare cu mașina de la locatie către stațiune. Nu recomand însă deplasarea pe jos deoarece trotuarele lipsesc. Apartamentul este f bine utilat, cu mult gust ai atenție la detalii, are aproape tot ce ai putea avea nevoie. Gazda a fost extrem de binevoitoare si la dispoziție cu toate informațiile. Nu avem decât cuvinte de lauda si apreciere! Multumim pentru găzduire!

Apartamentul este nou, in bloc nou construit, foarte frumos amenajat, curat, spatios, util....ne-a surprins placut gazda cu o sticla de vin pe care am gasit-o pe masa si o palinca specifica zonei...sotul meu s-a rasfatat cu ea. Ai tot ce iti trebuie pentru a te simti ca acasa. in zona sunt lucrari de amenajare a strazii ce par a se finaliza cat de curand, in rest.....soare de dimineata cand te trezesti si o priveliste frumoasa de la fereastra. E aproape de Aqua Park President, cam la 1 km...oricum am mers cu masina. Recomand pentu cei care vin cu familia...canapeaua din living este extensibila, spatioasa si comoda.

O casă deosebită, echipată cu toate facilitățile necesare pentru un sejur fără griji. Fiecare cameră dispune de aer condiționat, paturile sunt extrem de confortabile, iar balconul este foarte spațios. Camerele sunt excelent izolate fonic, astfel încât nu se aude nimic dintr-o cameră în alta. Piscina este impecabil de curată, iar terasele sunt amenajate la un standard înalt, cu mobilier de calitate superioară. Bucătăria este complet echipată cu toate alimentele de bază (ulei, zahăr, cafea, sare etc.) și un aparat de cafea excelent. Una din bai include o cadă imensă, perfectă pentru cupluri. Există multe locuri amenajate pentru distracția copiilor, cu jucării precum trambulină, nisip, mingi și pistoale cu apă. Recomandăm cu toată încrederea Casa Felix și pe Șerban, și cu siguranță vom reveni dacă vom avea ocazia.
