Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Avilés

Carmen’s stone cottage is a peaceful and magical place. We felt like we were living in a fairytale setting, as though we had been transported to Snow White’s cottage. Beautifully and faithfully restored and decorated to the last detail. We loved the quiet setting with nothing but cowbells in the distance. Carmen was very responsive and friendly.

Luis Manuel is not only welcoming, friendly, but he is strong in terms of proposals. The cottage is perfect and ideally placed to discover Asturias.

The place is very nice. The catch is that it rained on us for 3 days and we couldn't enjoy the surroundings as we would have liked. We were in the house more time than outside it, but it is very cozy. We'll have to come back with better timing. Isaac, the host, was very attentive to everything. Very friendly and attentive. A 10. We will be back!

This is a lovely appartment with amazing views from the living room and really nice furniture and decoration making it a great place to stay and relax. The pictures can't quite capture it all. It's set in the tiny village of Proacina and the town cats and friendly old dog come and great you on arrival - a real plus for our kids. There's all sorts of walks around and Tino provided lots of useful information. Take some food and supplies with you and you won't want to leave.

What a wonderful place to stay a few days. The house has been designed, developed and decorated by the hostess herself. Fully equipped and very well insulated, with spacious rooms and good beds. The WiFi is excellent, TV equipped with all apps, we lacked nothing. Safe and private parking within the walls was also convenient. Sheila is a great host and lives nearby. In short, super!!

Great place and suitable for going with family, couples and friends. The house is in perfect condition and very well prepared, very thoughtful and attentive owner. There are picnic areas and pleasant walks in the surroundings, plenty of parking nearby, well connected to the center. Highly recommended

Raul's place in Gijón is spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There are excellent views across the road to the beach and ocean. The area is highly walkable and complete with many restaurants. If arriving by car there is a nearby underground garage called Parking Jardines del Náutico where you can make an advance reservation online at telpark and get a good rate.

Ivan has been an exceptional host. Attentive at all times and quick responses. The accommodation is as shown in the pictures, super comfortable, fully equipped and is located in a quiet area of Gijón. And it's a short walk from downtown. We were pleasantly surprised. I'm sure if we come back, we'll see if it's free. Thank you

Laura was an amazing host! Her place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Gijón, with cafes, restaurants, shops, and the beach all just a short walk away. The neighborhood had a vibrant and lively atmosphere. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Laura was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any questions we had. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return the next time we’re in Gijón!

Beautiful, spacious and very clean apartment, located in the city centre and close proximity to parks, old town and restaurants. Perfect for a group of friends or families for a short or long stay. We felt right at home there. Highly recommended.

We loved this apartment. The design was on point and had everything we needed for a family of five. The location was superb. Everything was walking distance and centrally located. Loved it! Highly recommend.

Juanjo was waiting for us as we arrived in the car. The place is really peaceful and when you open the doors all you can hear are birds singing and cowbells. We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. Absolutely perfect accommodation for a couple. Phenomenal sea and white water vistas, perfectly located and walkable to everywhere. Excellent coffee and coffee maker…enough for our 6 day stay! We have already re-booked it for this September. 5 Stars!

Accommodation as shown in the photos, equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable, centrally located, clean and with a great location, close to restaurants, pharmacy and the beach 5 minutes away by car. It has private parking and a pool, although you can park well in the area without any problems. They took care to leave us breakfast and all the necessary basics. From minute one we felt right at home, it was a real pleasure to meet Marta and Cipri, we really couldn't have been better, they are lovely people. In addition, since they had availability, they let us leave later, which is greatly appreciated. We, for our part, will repeat 100%. Thank you both so much for everything, a big hug and I hope we see each other again soon.
