Walk to Museums from a Pared-Back Apartment with a Patio

Newly renovated apartment, one large room with a double bed and sofas, kitchen, bathroom and a lovely terrace exposed west. The house is from XIX century and enjoys a fresh clima even when days get hot. I live in Avignon, and I'm ready to give my guests all the help they need to discover this beautiful city and region. Set within the city walls of Avignon, this apartment is a 6-minute walk from the trains at Gare d'Avignon Centre. Located near the cultural center of the city, the flat is a short walk from many monuments, museums, restaurants, bars, and shopping. The apartment is located intra-muros, which means inside the city walls. In my neighbour there are public parking spaces marked with white lines. To park there costs 9 euros a day, from 9am to 7pm. From 7pm to 9am you don't need to pay. Just outside the walls and 6 minutes walk, there's a parking named Quai de l'Oulle with a 4 euros daily fee, first 4 hours are free. There are also some underground parkings in the area, Jean Jaures is the closest, daily fee is about 30 euros.

I designed this living space as if I had to live there. Very nice, quiet, bright. The decorative and design objects are antique. The property has a 6 m south-facing balcony overlooking the rooftops and green spaces behind the building. There is a large attic bedroom, a kitchen open to the living room. The accommodation is located in the hyper center, you can shop in the Carrefour City located on the ground floor of the building.
