We are delighted to welcome you to the heart of the historic center of Avignon, in this large 75 m² apartment that also benefits from a large terrace with POOL (open and heated from the end of March to the beginning of November). Bright and recently renovated for better comfort, it is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator). Ideal for visiting Avignon, you will be less than a 10-minute walk from the Palais des Papes, the Pont d'Avignon and the central train station.

The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

Authentic Provencal villa in stone with modern confort. Ideal location, it is only 5mn drive to Avignon center or 25mn by foot. The area is very calm. There is a 20 meter square terace, a big living space, 3 bedrooms, garden and swiming pool. We open the pool May 1st, and close it November 1st. The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )
