This former tannery dating from the 19th century is located in the heart of the village of Sainte-Eulalie-d'Olt, a village of artists ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, in the territory of the Aubrac Regional Nature Park. La Tannerie, with a capacity of 10 people, will offer its occupants a set of about 300 m2 of living space, completely renovated, on a 1500 m2 enclosed plot with a 12x4 swimming pool and bordered by a stream.

The studio is located in the Chateau Salamon, which overlooks the Tarn river (or Lake of Lacroux) and benefits from an exceptional view. The omnipresent nature invites calm and relaxation. It has a private beach with pontoon and a "Jeu de boules" playground. Come and discover our little piece of heaven, crossed by a stream in the heart of nature between Aubrac and the Lot Valley! This unique place is composed of the cottage, a 17th century mill (in operation) and our residential house. The complex is surrounded by 4 hectares of meadows, forest and animals (ducks, ponies, chickens...). The stream brings natural freshness even in the heat wave and a sound that will lull you to sleep at night. Children will also enjoy swimming there!

The Fario cottage is an 80m2 stone house with a living room of more than 30m2 giving access to two bedrooms and a third independent bedroom on one level on a 40m2 courtyard. Ideally located on the outskirts of the village of Mostuéjouls and at the gates of the Gorges duTarn. You can enjoy the calm of the place and the crystal clear waters of the Tarn below the village.
