Renovated former tannery with pool

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This former tannery dating from the 19th century is located in the heart of the village of Sainte-Eulalie-d'Olt, a village of artists ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, in the territory of the Aubrac Regional Nature Park. La Tannerie, with a capacity of 10 people, will offer its occupants a set of about 300 m2 of living space, completely renovated, on a 1500 m2 enclosed plot with a 12x4 swimming pool and bordered by a stream.

Pleasant single-story cottage, ideal for 2 couples or a couple with 2 children + a baby. Ideal for finding peace and quiet. 55 m2 accommodation with 20 m² private terrace, large 1000 m² accessible garden and shared pool (open from 06/01 to 09/30). The cottage is on one level and access is suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Gîte de la treille

Beautiful fully renovated stone house with a large outdoor terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and parking space. The living rooms are spacious and the bedrooms are large. This farmhouse is close to the Lévezou lakes. 10 minutes from Pont-de-Salars, 30 minutes from Rodez and Millau. 3 km from Prades-de-Salars. Charming asset, lakes, swimming, countryside, hiking, fishing, mountain, Aveyron tourist spot.

Haven of greenery and peace

This barn was built by my grandfather after the Second World War. Stone, wood and lime were the main materials used. It is with a lot of heart and work that we restored this barn with respect for the premises, the environment and our ancestors. For the paintings, I made lime-based whitewash, stucco and tadelakt. The ceiling beams are colored with walnut stain, covered with natural hard oil.
