La Voûte is a charming cottage, very atypical. This old sheepfold, completely renovated and tastefully decorated, is located on the ground floor of our house with a separate entrance. Outside, a beautiful furnished terrace and a PRIVATE POOL available from JUNE 23 to SEPTEMBER 22, 2025) where you can relax. In this old 17th century farmhouse, in the middle of the forest, you will appreciate the hidden nature of this cottage, its history and the tranquility of the surrounding countryside.

The 35 m2 gîte is located at the southern end of our property. It has a separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, an equipped kitchen with sitting area (approximately 12 m2), a bedroom with a 160 double bed, office area and an en-suite bathroom. The accommodation is comfortable and bright. It overlooks a large garden and vegetable garden. It belongs to the peace of a village while being close to urban life. Studio with an independent entrance adjoining my main residence is located 2 km from Rodez Cathedral (heart of the city center). It is equipped with a shower room, toilet, equipped kitchen, TV and Wi-Fi. Free street parking is available (proximity depending on remaining spaces). The house is located in a quiet area of Rodez near the peaceful green site of Layoule (5 km walking trail along the Aveyron). The bed is made when you check-in.
