The outdoor lighting can be turned off for a better experience of the starry sky. Wood-burning fireplace indoors for comfort. Try traditional wood-fired sauna. The sea surface freezes in winter, which allows walks or skiing on the ice directly from the farm. Rich wildlife with wild mammals and birds of prey.

Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

Cozy guest home in detached garage building. 500m to bus stop that takes you to downtown Luleå in 20 min. 1.3 km to walk to Sunderby hospital and Sunderby railway station. The sauna barrel is available at the farm which at certain times can be used. The use of the sauna is for an extra charge. The nearest supermarket is in Gammelstad, about 5 km away. Bus connections are available.

Lägenheten ligger inne på en familjegård med anor från början av 1900-talet. På ängarna runtikring betar både kor och hästar. Från augusti till mars kan man, om vädret tillåter, se både vintergatan och norrsken.
