In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Ideal for business trips, north/south stops or tourist stays. My 65 m2 cottage can accommodate 4 adults and 1 baby; on the ground floor there is the kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilet. On the 1st, a beautiful room for 4 people that can be separated into 2 spaces. Terrace, private parking and garden. Well-behaved dogs are allowed.

Your entire space is heated/air-conditioned independently of the rest of the house.
