As award winning architectural and interior designers working in the hospitality industry, we designed the private apartment to offer a relaxing escape with all the goodness and comforts of home. The casual resort style accommodation is fully self contained and well appointed, perfect for business, holiday travellers and families to kick back and enjoy the wonderful beachside location. Contemporary coastal style décor and accommodation comprises: Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, bedside tables, console, occasional chair and large fitted wardrobe. Extra Large Bedroom with two single beds, bedside table, storage credenzas and large wardrobe w/toy storage and space for kids to play. Stylish contemporary bathroom with vanity, storage and shower. Spacious and bright open plan layout with luxury finishes Full Gourmet Designer kitchen with European appliances Dining table/area for four Oversized Lounge area with large TV/DVD NETFLIX and WiFi Original artwork by local artist Stephen Draper. Study nook and desk with shelving and mobile pedestal -if you really need to work ! A secluded, verdant tropical garden terrace with alfresco dining and bbq facilities lets you enjoy the spectacular sunsets and listen to the sounds of the surf with a quiet glass of wine . Life's good :) Our guests have their own private front door to come and go as they please with private access to all the accommodation. Use of our pool and pool house deck by arrangement. We will personally welcome you and provide our recommendations of local eateries, bars, entertainment, sporting and shopping facilities. As well as places of interest to visit + things to do with kids! - We can provide bikes, boogie boards, brolly, beach towels, bucket and spades. We are only a call away and generally on hand to help you enjoy your stay. I love the laid back, friendly beachside vibe of south City Beach! A two minute walk and you’ll have the sand between your toes. There’s plenty of eateries to choose from, a nearby 24/7 gourmet supermarket and easy access to CBD, Freo and Kings Park. A bus stop is 100m from our house (BUS 82) travels to the City Centre in 30 mins. The bus stops in Subiaco where you can connect to the train to go to the City, Elizabeth Quay,Claremont, Cottesloe and the fishing port of Fremantle OR the spectacular new Optus footy Stadium and the Crown Casino and Resort. Off Street parking is available and we suggest you consider a hire car if your stay is for longer than a few days. If free we are happy to drop you off on route or you can Uber. Single level open plan living areas with two steps up to Laundry and Bathroom. We operate a bio chemical water treatment system i.e every 3-4 times you use the bathroom the pump will operate for 3-4 seconds w/minor residual noise.

Take the spectacular walk up to Palm Beach Light House in the winter to spot whales, or visit Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park with its Indigenous rock carvings and roaming wallabies. We have a bus stop at our door step - this will take you into Palm Bach or Avalon village. From there you can take an express bus into the city. Wedding Preparations We are the perfect location for Brides to be for their pre wedding night and Wedding preparation and pre wedding photos. The apartment is in excellent condition, it is an older style deco apartment with large rooms which is typical of this era. The kitchen has Miele appliances and all the essential cooking equipment. There is a fireplace in the lounge room for the winter months. It also has a lovely view of the bay. The apartment consists of separate kitchen, dining and lounge rooms, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the rooms are available to guests booking the apartment. If required there is a further room including laundry facilities for longer stays of 5 plus days. Contact for guests is available throughout the stay on mobile. We can meet you at the property to ensure you are comfortably settled in or if more convenient we can leave keys in the key safe. Located just across from the beach in St Kilda West, the apartment is close to delights both natural and cultural. Walk the famous Beaconsfield Parade Promenade, relax at the St Kilda Sea Baths, convenient local transport to city, cultural centres and sporting arenas, head to the buzzing neighborhood cafes, or to the restaurant across the road to take in the sunset. The number 12 Tram runs on the street directly behind the apartment, it connects to the city. It runs through South Melbourne, along Collins Street making easy access to the Tennis Centre and the MCG. The number 96, a 5 min walk, is the light rail that runs down Bourke Street and into Carlton and Fitzroy. There are Green Cars available for hire and cabs or Ubers are plentiful in the area. Complimentary supplies are left for a breakfast with tea and coffee. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms. A hairdryer and hair straightener for convenience. If required we can prepare hampers or, we can do some shopping with a brief and your budget.

Admire Harbour Views from a Stylish Apartment

You will enjoy a breathtaking view day and night, facing dockland harbour. Don't miss the sunset, it's beautiful!!! Please feel free to use everything in the apartment. We have washing machine + dryer for you to use. And the swimming pool + gym is on level 2. I will provide you a self-check-in information. It will make the check-in more flexible. The apartment is positioned right across the road from the Skybus terminal at Southern Cross Station. The complex is also situated in the free tram zone – although many are more excited about the famous cafe ‘Higher Ground’ in the same building. Well, big thanks to Melbourne! Becasue we have free tram zone in Melbourne CBD. And luckily my apartment is in the free tram zone as well. Please remember this is a residential property, not a commercial venue. Guests won't be allowed to host a birthday party, wedding party in the apartment. Extra cost + extra cleaning fee will be charged if this kind of situation happens.
