Just fantastic! Everything about our stay in the Bower House was just wonderful. From the accommodation to the surrounding scenery and beautiful native forest, it was just magical. The house was well equipped and we found the two trundle beds/matresses very useful for our two little children. We were lucky enough to see 2 tree kangaroos and platypus during our stay but will have to return again to see the elusive Cassowaries! Thank you Daniel and team for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful place to stay for the weekend.

Lovely cabin in the middle of the forest which has everything you could need for a short stay. We only stayed a night but it was enough to listen to the rainforest at night and have a bit more time to explore the next day. Would highly recommend. Sam

Absolutely loved our stay at mystery Bay cottages!! The lodge was spacious, clean, and beautiful with full amenities. Fresh flowers were in every room! We loved the wood burning fireplace and in spite of my worries the house stayed warm all through the night with the heaters. The private beach is a gem and this is all around just a beautiful place to stay. We will definitely come back!

Its a charming little place, with everything required including a common kitchen. The rooms are a bit small though.

We’ve just had the best weekend here. Wonderful facilities, privacy bush walks swimming holes and great food. Next occasion I’ll be back

Staying at Stephen and Philamae’s home was an experience! It was easily one of my favourite places I’ve ever stayed. It was like a creative’s haven and I left filled with inspiration. Every detail in the home was so well thought out and intentional. From a fairy lit labyrinth for the evening, to paintings you can get lost in, to such an incredible view (I can’t stress this enough) that is just divine to catch the sunrise and sunset, this was a place that just kept giving. You could get lost in the detail, and the view. There were plenty of amenities. The shared spaces were incredible to linger in. Everything was well stocked. I had memorable conversations with the host and helper that were so warm and insightful. Expect to leave feeling rejuvenated! It really is such an incredible haven. I’m so grateful that I had the chance to experience it! Thank you so much Stephen and Philamae. I hope to come back soon!

An amazing location to stay, not only because of its location and proximity to the main lifts and t-bars at Perisher (you can ski right onto them). The food was excellent, and all the people lovely! Great setup for all your snow gear as well. Would highly recommend!

Wow! This place is a hidden gem. The photos can’t do justice to the beautiful pool, outdoor living areas, and shared living room. Sue and tony are such wonderful and engaging hosts. They toured us about their extensive outdoor forested area, talked local plants with us and gave us inside insights into dining and hiking spots. Thanks so much !

We had a gorgeous stay at the cottage over a cold, rainy long weekend. Andrew went above and beyond, having the heater and fire on for us on arrival so the place was toasty and inviting. Well equipped kitchen, really comfortable beds and just 10mins into town made it a perfect spot for exploring the beautiful Clare Valley. The spot was quiet and peaceful and lovely for a morning walk. We also loved visits from Tommy & Snowy too 🐾 Highly recommended!

Well situated, close to town but far enough down a side road that you could see kangaroos and sheep etc. Lovely views. The cottage was clean and there were some nice extra touches, like chocolate and wine and breakfast provisions. Next time I would bring bottled water as there was only rainwater available. I would stay there again.

Excellent stay. The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was perfect for what we needed. The host was very kind and responsive, always available to answer our questions. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

Beautiful location right next to Giraween national park. A cozy, wholesome inn perfect in the cooler weather.

This is SUCH a special place, a real hidden gem! The homestead is gorgeous, the hospitality is so much better than any other experience I’ve had through Airbnb. Definitely coming back!!
