appartement 3ieme etage porte droite( avec ascenseur) avec balcon proche du centre ville, tout confort. idéal VRP avec la fibre et Wi-Fi. il convient aussi parfaitement a un couple pour découvrir le Cantal et ses alentours. Grand frigo avec partie congélation, télévision,lave linge plaques a induction,micro ondes. un arrêt de bus est au pied de l'immeuble, des places de parking tout au long de la rue et un parking payant sont a moins de 100m de meme qu un parking gratuit en bas de la rue a 100m.

Appartement rénové de 50 m carrés au 1 er étage dans une petite maison indépendante au fond de notre jardin sans voisin.Nous utilisons le rdc comme garage. Au bord d'une rue non passante, vous serez à proximité du centre historique (10 min à pieds) et des accès vers le Puy Mary. Parking gratuit en haut de la rue à 150 m, possibilité de s’arrêter devant le logement pour déposer les bagages et de laisser des vélos dans notre garage. Terrasse non accessible hormis semaine du festival Éclat.
