In a peaceful hamlet, 5 minutes' drive to downtown. It offers beautiful views of MAURIAC and the countryside. Trails, the lake and golf are within walking distance. Living room: 37 m2, bright with soft and relaxing colors with very well-equipped kitchen area and comfortable relaxation area. Bedrooms: approx. 10 m2, in warm or pastel colors with double bed. Bathroom: 6 m2, shower, sink, toilet and storage.

The villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1 with a 180 bed, one with a 160 bed and one with two 90 beds. Two bathrooms (walk-in shower, bathtub), two separate toilets. The villa has central heating, a washing machine, a dishwasher. A sensory adventure... A wood-fired sauna will be your refuge for an unusual break and will give an atypical charm to your stay (extra €10/use)

The house is located in a small village 9 km from Argentat and its shops. It is just across the street from our house, but we make every effort to preserve the privacy of our guests. Several activities are possible in the surroundings: swimming (lakes, aquatic center, swimming pool), hiking, horseback riding, canoeing, fishing, gliding and many tourist sites.
