Our small basement apartment is ready for you to spend a few nice days in and around Augsburg :) Right next to the beautiful small town of Friedberg and close (10 km) to the center of Augsburg, Park and Ride (4.7 km), you will find our house and the apartment to be booked. The park-like garden invites you to linger, ride a boat/cable car, barbecue, sunbathe and swim from the house's own docks, and it is also a place to relax and take a breather in autumn/winter. In addition, the spa town of Bad Wörishofen with its famous thermal baths is located in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment is equipped with everything a family needs and is located near the forest and meadow. In the village, there is a great hotel with wellness offers and delicious cuisine, great cafes and shopping (e.g. Herzstueck-Horgau) The apartment is located 10 minutes from the A8 Adelsried highway exit.

The open gallery and the high ceiling in the living room convey a spacious overall impression. The apartment has two modern bathrooms. One of them has a freestanding bathtub, double washbasin and wellness shower belonging to the master bedroom with dressing room.
